From Haredi To Pilot, From Secular Life Back To Faith… A Full Circle Of The Soul.

Were you really a pilot? >> I don't look like it. But the truth is, yes. I grew up haredi. I grew up like any Haredi boy, but I didn't choose it. And then I went out into the world. I developed a career. [music] I really became a pilot on business jets. I started flying planes all over the United States, the [music] Bahamas, and Canada. And I reached a point where I simply had everything and had nothing. I have a lot of money. I have a magnificent career. I even have a [music] beautiful wife. Everything. But inside everything was dead. >> Do you miss that life? Being a pilot is the most fun profession that exists in this world. It's a part of me. But today I know that I am sanctifying [music] my soul. So today I walk with the truth. In other words, I walk with my soul. Do I miss it? I don't miss being in a hell that was a golden cage. On the one hand, it was a really fun job. But [music] on the other hand, every free minute that wasn't spent flying was just depression. >> Do you think it's possible to be a hery pilot? >> That's a very, very [music] difficult question. I can't be because ultimately I see myself sitting and learning shakar ma and arvit which is basic [music] in my eyes with a minion that's not something I can do while being a pilot so the message [music] is simply that anyone who truly because we all live in this world notice how many people live in this world they have everything and they're not happy they don't feel good they are constantly doing more and more and more and more and I simply started to arrive at the answers that everything related to the holy one blessed be he that is the truth the moment I [music] do everything related to the holy one blessed Blessed be he. It feels amazing inside. And everything I do that's the opposite of the holy one. Blessed be he.
