From Broadway to Jewish advocacy

I like to say I'm a J-list celebrity. I was in Wicked on Broadway. I played Fiero. I'm so not famous, but like maybe in your synagogue I'm famous. My first big Jewish on camera project is a Hanukkah film called Manora in the Middle, which you can watch on Hulu. It's got, you know, that nice Yiddish guy to it. What I'm doing now is so much more important and certainly more fulfilling for me. Since October 7th, the engaged Jews of Hollywood are really feeling the urgency of needing to tell our story better. In your community, is there conversation about needing to connect with the wider conservative reformed Jewish world? Does that feel like a separate thing? >> Totally separate. >> That's terrible. >> What is your perception sort of of guys like me? >> I I think we just we have a lot to learn from each other and we'll be just so much stronger together.
