[Music] [Applause] [Music] time [Music] is [Music] we're on site for one of our walk-throughs before the event we're dealing with a tremendous amount of challenges as you can see there's two people in behind me and you can you can't even hear your own voice the room is acoustically challenged and the client is very specific with the design that limits us to treat the room so we're here to find solutions and we'll see what happens hopefully hopefully we have one we might not the problem is that there's not gonna be a quiet space in this room it's not a comfortable space to be in even with the just crowd not to mention speakers and loud music or stuff like that that becomes even worse [Music] and see what we're dealing with a whole new set of challenges [Music] to figure out the best location with the band [Music] we're just brainstorming we're actually at the beginning stages actually we had a plan but we mixed it [Music] we're here two weeks before just to give the client an idea of how it's gonna sound and we have the crew here we brought the half of the system here we're gonna crank it we'll know way more after we crank it [Music] so [Music] [Applause] [Music] um [Applause] [Music] this is actually the entrance where all the guests will be walking in from they build some platform we'll have another welcoming music on one other side to the left will be the positive this room this will be the deck in the kitchen tent once the decking is over all the guests will make their way out through that door which is live now they'll make their way through here to the bumper room all the chairs will be lined up all the way down the street the actual hopper stage for casa kala will be right there you can't see it because it's black with the truck and uh you know you'll it's a nice surprise you'll see and now we're facing with another challenge the crazy amount of wind that we're getting from the ocean which will be very challenging for the sound it's going to pick up all that wind and it's not going to be pleasant [Music] the plan was to put the state right here and the dance floor was going to be right after the stage we were going to throw sound all the way to the other side of the room it would have been very very hard to control natural reverb the room has so we had many many side visits and one of the options that we presented to the client is to put the stage in the center of the room [Music] we expected much worse we expected a tornado like a tsunami of bad sound uh you know everything bouncing off each other and to our surprise today because of the location of the stage in comparison with the dance floor we're in a much better shape than we were here last the dance floor is very like narrow it's not very deep and there's a wall right there so the draw you see on the speakers is kind of very short besides that it's a little bit hot [Music] i can't wait i'm super pumped actually nervous but who knows what the day is going to bring but as of today friday we're actually ahead we're actually doing much better than we thought but we still have a long way to go [Music] oh [Music] my [Music] what's going on is it's a windy day by the water right behind you we put up this fence um to shield from the wind with trees there blocking from the wind yes it's pretty tricky with the mics because the mint comes into the microphone so the sound guy has to work to tweak it so we get the least possible beautiful setup outdoors between two buildings but there's like a shaft going on with the wind check out the cup right behind me everything is falling apart because of this wind try to tape everything down so it doesn't go flying away we're here getting ready for the big uh the big krupa here with the frey lift and um this is gonna be something special one two four [Music] oh [Music] so [Music] is [Music] tears [Music] ladies and gentlemen it's time to make your way to the dance floor two three four [Music] come on everybody let's see it make the for the daily first time [Music] foreign you
