Free Claude AI Webinar This Thursday – Why Everyone Is Switching & How to Get Started

Guys, I'm here with Erez Elulowitz. It's a life-changing moment happened to me 2 weeks ago when I realized that it's no longer the tech enthusiast, it's no longer the junior people. You have top people down, senior brokers, senior owners are starting to use it. And at the same time, I met someone who went into real estate 6 weeks ago. He learned the whole business by talking to Claude. He underwrites 15 deals a day. So, on Thursday, tomorrow, together with Avi Shron, we are giving a presentation how people are using it. I'm going to talk in general with a little bit of an intro. Avi Shron's going to give examples how Canabiz they're using it to asset manage all their properties. My My Shway, my my my son-in-law and son have a business called Shway. They're going to show you exactly how to use Claude. Real use cases and how to get started. And my son will stay on. He's the one that's doing all the programming and stay on answer question answer. You at a minimum have to know what it is, why is everyone moving to Claude, and what it is it This is your established. You have an established Can you imagine coming to get a job and saying, "I don't have no education, I don't know how to use a computer, I will never use a computer, I will not use a cell phone, whether a smartphone or a dumb phone, and you should hire me cuz I'm very very smart. Who's hiring you?" If you don't know how to do what you're going to see on that call on Thursday in your sleep, you will not be able to get a job or progress. Every company only wants AI-proof people. Why do I want someone working 8 hours a day and producing 8 hours of work when I can have someone working 8 hours a day producing 80 hours of work? Cuz my competitor is pricing based on it. Tomorrow, 2:30, be there. Where else do you see the people are really having a big use out of using this Claude or any AI technology? Obviously, there might come a new one a little bit later, and pretty cool that, you know, my son's worked on a project now he's calling One Mind where you could ask a question, keep your your memory, and then choose which AI should answer for you. But for right now, people are using it to Claude code. They're writing code. You want to build a website? Tell them, "I'd like to build a website does ABC." Literally, it could do those actions you want to do. When you're going to go apply to this webinar, they have behind the scenes, you WhatsApp them, it's automation that's going back and forth with with communications happening. It's just crazy stuff. They came up with Claude design. Speak to all designers and graphic people, video editing. It's just coming at lightning speed. So, up until now, people knew it was great, they used it for letter writing, emails, and things like that. Today, it's next level. Underwriting, you could underwrite a real estate deal, the most complex deal in under 6 minutes. Wow. Blows your mind. >> take how long? It A real complex one with equity and waterfalls and all that, could take hours and hours, and you have to edit it. Now, you in less time you could tell give it over to an underwriter, you could tell Claude what you want. Think of Claude as your person's name and talk to it. Say, "Claude, this is the deal. What do you think is good, bad, different?" Underwrite with all the spreadsheets, with all the Excel formulas, builds it, downloads it, and you could ask it questions and give it all your theses. And then, does it make mistakes? Of course. So does my workers make mistakes, or I make mistakes. After you view it, you review it the exact same way. Wow. Thank you so much, and it's free.
