For Your Best Year of Wine Yet!

A new year and this is going to be our best wine year yet if you follow these rules. Huh? What are the rules? Get out of your comfort zone a little bit. Try different grapes. Guys, I have that for you. I know it's not comfortable. It costs money. You have to take a risk. But with the staff that we have over here, it's not your risk. It's mine. We open up every wine. So you want to taste Merlo, you want to taste Shiraz, you want to drink champagne, you want to drink procos, you want to drink choco Chardonnay, but you also want to drink Greco from Italy, and you want to drink 100% dry shenan. Most of my customers didn't even have it till 2 years ago. Now the ones that bought it can't get enough of it. So rule number one, the more we taste, the more you know. The second rule, temperature is everything. The first thing that I do every day that I walk into my stores, I make sure air condition is working because it's not only for us, it's for them, too. We care. These are the temperatures you should be drinking at. The third rule is stop sitting on your wine. That doesn't mean you should put you shouldn't age wines, but the problem is most wines are meant to be drunk within 5 years. And this is a big issue that I get over and over from people. They open up wines and it tastes like vinegar. Your wines, the average wines are not the Gucci slippers. Stop putting it into the box. You have it there for 6 months. Open it up. Fourth rule. Alistakani. There's a reason why wines are in wooden barrels and not in gold vessels because it's not about the outside. For example, I don't know if I would buy this wine. The label looks a little out there, right? Forget about the labels. Just go out there and embrace it. You have these. You have these. Yes, you have elegant labels, too. But you don't always want to be elegant, right? We all like to be a little crazy. You don't want to be the guy that's always quiet and always perfect, right? Last rule, drink a lot of water, be responsible, don't get drunk, try different wines with delicious food, and let me know how it was. And have a wonderful yamt. Bonus tracks.
