Guys, something very interesting happening over here at the Lost Steakhouse in Lakewood for the first time. They're going to be open for the nine days with a special nine days menu exclusive only in Lakewood. So, I guess Brooklyn guys, if you want to join us, make your way down Lakewood. And by the way, just giving you a heads up. If you're making a feel free, we're going to have a special flash menu for you. But for now, let's check out their 9-day menu. Look what they have over here. Wow. A whole table. All kind of dishes. This is exclusive 9-day menu. So, if you want to taste their stuff, you got to check it out by the 9 days because most of them will not be available after that. Here we have Chef Omar. The chef told me he does want to be on a camera. Same like me. So I guess you want to know who I am. Taste my food. That's where I am. So chef, let's start with your first dish over here. What's this? >> That's a beautiful saffron risotto with the sear seas right on top. >> All right. >> And we have our salmon that's been on the menu since we opened. Sears salmon, carrot puree, baby squash, as well as our raw hamachi with avocado on the bottom. in a citrus vinegrett. >> Nice. What's this over here? >> This is our red uh our red snapper. Pancier red snapper >> with comfy cherry tomatoes and wilted kale. >> Amazing. Ooh, this looks good. What's this over here? >> This is our salmon teriyaki that's been marinated for >> over 3 days. >> Baby summer squash. >> What's on the bottom over here? It's a porchini mushroom sauce. Creamy, tasty, beautiful, >> amazing. And then you have, of course, a famous loft sushi. one of the best in town. >> And and we also will will have the classics that we've had on the menu since we opened.
