[Music] reuta has a biological connection to each talet when I walk into his room I feel the energy the electricity between him and every single T right away I'm stepp in his enthusiasm gmak the the energy that he brings to the classroom the creativity in coming up with ideas that's going to make a difference to make the boys more interested and more evolved you can feel the palpable love and care that RAB K has for and as a result Kam upon him it goes right back and there's desire so although we say it sometimes as a joke and as a slogan rebor for Life the fact is the kids mean it and it's usually spontaneous he walks in the chance and the calls Reb for life because that's just the type of person RAB is when Rabon came into the Yeshiva a number of years ago I had only been a re for one or two years and right when we met I already knew that I found someone that I could develop a relationship with that I could connect with as a fellow rebi and over all the years we've spent many an hour in the Reb's room discussing how to better our teaching abilities and how to help theim that were struggling he branched out taking AAS of P of America and he's a tremendous Bak he's a b in his classroom and he's a b now for for Kindel all over the United States of America he drives in for every Bar Mitzvah that's in his class takes an entire night it's because these TM are like his children as reaban as a colleague we can all learn [Music] from that has an effect on all of us which all of us can and become better people just by being together with him we were living arel for 9 years and then when we were looking to come back to move to America so looking for a job in and I found out isin had a RAB position so I reached out to RAB Ritz and I met with rzki and he he took me for for my first position and he believed in me when I come to Yesa every single morning I come in excited excited to come into the building there's certain there's certain excitement certain positivity that runs through the hallways of of the Yeshiva and that gives me as a rebi a certain excitement to come into the classroom what stands out about for me I feel is the warmth of the rim and the connection R have with and it's the individuality that every talet is looked at and looked and cared for and is thought about and that I feel is an extremely important piece of and that that's what yes stands for and that's what all about and I feel when I was going to that exactly where I wanted to be I wanted to not only just to give over but I wanted to have connection and and with Tam I really feel that I I would not be able to accomplish anything that I've been able to accomplish until now without the help of my wife and my family who's been so supportive not just supportive but giving me the strength and the encouragement to do everything I have to do I travel to Bar Mitzvah at night I'm on the phone and it's probably not easy for my family but they're not just getting by my family and my wife specifically has been always been encouraging not being able to accomplish anything without the support and the encouragement of my family and I give a to Thea that Thea should continue continue stagging for many more years to come and being able to impact so many hundreds and thousands of talim for many more years to come [Music]
