I found that in the past I've had major social anxiety and suddenly I'm not there. I'm physically not there. I remember I used to finish a wedding for my friends other days. That's how not present I was. >> Wow. days I go to choose a corner I sit down whatever >> yeah right my own space >> that's it >> wow you this is amazing what else did you do for your anxiety you worked with therapy >> mirror therapy become your own parent inner child work I don't meaning you probably >> you had to give yourself safety basically. I think you had to give yourself safety point. Yeah. Correct. 50. So yes brain 100% vis actually is what it is philosophy. Okay. Medication, right? It's okay. Okay. Right. Method of actually implementing something. Yeah. It's very powerful. This is a perfect show. But but the podcast for me. [snorts] Yeah. knowledge mental health. >> Correct.
