First Employee Of The Month Juan Rivera

it is now my honor and privilege for a moment we've been waiting for for a long time on january 7th this piece here at the lakewood township inauguration committeeman lichtenstein came up with a novel idea and his idea was to start a program in lakeland township called employee of the month i'd like to call down committment lincoln's team to assist me with the with its next presentation to a very special individual who's been voted by the township for this month juan rivera come on down the idea the idea behind starting this program that i although the mayor gave me credit but it was really all five of us that discussed this and implemented the idea was to totally remove the employee appreciation program from politics and it is the committee has absolutely no say in who's going to be the employee of the month it is strictly presented to a to the manager and two different department rotating department heads every month and it is presented by people in town hall by members of the public you can access it you could send in an email you could fax something into the manager's office and we did this so that people know that their work is appreciated and then of course the committee on behalf of the citizens and the employees here in lakewood township presented some of the remarks that we saw about juan always has a smile on his face always greets everybody if he promises to do something it gets done you ask for something and he's busy he says i'll be back in an hour you can set your clock to that hour juan is back he does his work he works hard he comes and he's cheerful he doesn't say that's not my job he does whatever he can to make this building a better building for all of our employees and for all the visitors who come here juan's family why don't you come on down and we can all take parking space and the plaque comes a speech how are you going to tell me that's a new car hold on let me press record and also for my family for being here next to me and my co-workers without them there's no me once again thank you very much sitting in the back of both of his co-workers to come up and i think juan said it very nicely juan center very nicely done co-workers a person can't be what he is and i think it's appropriate for the government to be here as well right here you guys make it happen you got it thank you these are the guys that keep lakewood clean in a municipal building and we appreciate it thank you so much
