Welcome to Fialov's Pizza Monttoello. Guys, I'm here at the original Fialovs. Opened up how many years ago? About 40 years ago, I believe. 40 years ago. I think it's one of the first pizza shops in the country. It was the only one. Really? Yes. Wow. So guys, workshop started over here and now they have can how many locations? 12 location over 12 locations. 12 locations between New York, New Jersey. New York, New Jersey. You have Miami, you have four upstates, Long Island. Long Island has Yep. Very nice. Thank God. Good night. So, you're the general manager from the state location. How many? Four. Four location. Where are they? One in Monttoello. One in Monttoello. There's one in South Paulsburg, one in Gourmet Glat, the supermarket. This is our second year there. And we've expanded uh there. We do breakfast now. Uh we have a lot of grab-and-go stuff that you could pick up. And then this year there's a new location in Lock Sheldrake at the Funspot. Um there's an arcade there as well. So, we have ice cream there, we have candy, there's same great food. and uh a lot of other things to add to it. Amazing. Now, let's talk about the original location, Monttoello. Um no, okay. You take us in. You told me we have a lot of new stuff going on this year. Absolutely. Would love to show you what it looks like. Brian, welcome to our wonderful, beautiful original location. As you can see here, we have a beautiful brand new display case that we have many, many, many, many different types of pizza, types of cowzones, um deep dish pizza, uh garlic, world famous garlic nuts. Uh, we've also added this year a brand new sushi section with our own sushi chef that can make things to order off a menu. Is the new thing this year? New thing this year. We also have added a graband go case where we will have everyday fresh salads, pasta, salads, pasta, uh, wraps, sushi to that you can just pick up and go. We also have a large seating area. We can fit about 150 people inside as well as another 30 to 40 outside. Uh we also have camps that come in. We uh have them they can make their own pizzas as well when they come in and uh have a wonderful time. You have such a program that they do while they camp in the kitchen comes we give them a little uh bowl of pizza and some cheese and sauce and they make their pizza. Yeah. Wow. Yep. Here you can see we do hundreds of pies a day. Uh we do for camps, we do for the stores, we we do frozen, we do uh many different items over hundreds of pies a day come out of this oven. Over here you got Pedro's been with us for 5 years but been making pizza for a lot longer than that. Fresh we got a special in-house sauce secret recipe. And over here we have our specialty cheese that makes the perfect melt perfect pizza. Another fresh pie coming out of the oven. This happens to be a well done one. We will make it well done for you if the customer asks for it. This is one of our most popular, the grandma slice, a Sicilian slice. We have our specialty right here, the cowzones. We got vegetable, we got cheese, we got mushroom, we got broccoli, we got spinach, and we uh cheese pretzels, cheese sticks, pizza rolls, and this is our fresh salad bar. Uh we keep it nice and cold, clean, and uh you can make your own salads as when you come up here. And here we have uh fresh soft ice cream, which is very popular here with all kinds of toppings, sprinkles, chocolate chips, whatever you want. And over here, as I mentioned before, we have our new sushi counter with fresh sushi. Not many places in the mountains have their own uh sushi counters, but we've added it this year. F. As you can see, we have a lot of seating. We have we could have we could entertain camps here. As I mentioned before, we could have camps come in. They could make their own pizzas. We also have an outdoor deck. As you can see, we also have outdoor seating as well for when the weather is nice. As you can see over here, we the kids can come here, have a great time while the parents are eating. As you can see, we have our beer mazen sides. We have our alam mia for to thank God for all of the uh wonderful um fials food that we serve. Absolutely.
