we are here at the future home of the brand newly renovated the suit shop at 38 Clifton Avenue and we're here with the owner Rabbi Susi copet and um this is going to be a 2400 squ ft uh beautiful beautiful uh food store and it's going to be two floors filled with suits ties shirts coats for men and boys and uh this is Rabbi uh nakul Eisen and he is the owner of the building and this building is going to be a brand new Plaza for downtown Lakewood and um the next door store is being renovated which is going to be the future home of Creative Kids and there's going to be room here for approximately four brand new stores and here is a picture of what the future building is going to look like we have two brand new renovated stores over here that are currently available for any uh young entrepreneurs who might want to uh join this Plaza again it's going to be the home of the newly renovated suit shop and creative kids so if anybody would like to uh rent this space you know there's a lot of people who are very interested but if you uh hurry up we're looking for uh for some uh innovative nice uh retail stores in the area uh they can call uh they can call nul Eisen and ask him about the uh Clifton and first plaza and it's going to be a a beautiful thing for the downtown and they can call uh RAB Eisen at 29506 if they're interested if anyone is interested in renting uh to be one big store or it could be two two uh smaller stores and they can join um the suit shop and Creative Kids and uh be a part of the the uh renovation of the entire downtown district which is going to be an amazing uh thing for lak
