Fear of leadership

spirituality what do you do when you're in a situation that you have um you're you're you're basically being called to do something big like like you're being called to do something big why is it happening well sometimes it's because you recognized that there's a problem like something's wrong you know there's a snake in the community and someone's going to step up and do it you know I know a community where um where there were some bad actors in the community and simply you know they they should have been discovered and pointed out and removed from the community but instead what happened was there wasn't a man in the community who could step up every man was so busy hiding in their life already that when it came time to save their Community they weren't able some women did but they went nuts literally went nuts like institutionalized to save the community the um because that's the nature women is just to step up when men don't but but the uh but the men didn't and their property values plummeted because it became public that like that this place was like like it's got issues and stuff like they lost their value of their homes would you lose the value of your home before you step up well you think you wouldn't I wouldn't you wouldn't you'd step up what was the uh yeah it was something to do it was some kind of uh of sexual misconduct going on there and and no one stepped up and the the place just went to hell there clearly identifiable that act yeah yeah there was there
