Farbrengen Erev Yom Kippur - Chabad practices for Yom Kippur and Sukkos

so last night bought a Hashem we had a beautiful fabrengan in Crown Heights maisha's son Usher invited me to fabre for his class and based medish I guess from the Yeshiva amygdala amick and it was so good I could have sat there all night literally it was sober schmuck but knowing that I have to be up early morning for you guys and other things so I had to curtail the fabrengen but did invite them to join me Shabbos I said Shabbos there's no phones and no whatsapps and no emails and there's nowhere to go so if you want to have more walk over it's not a long walk 50 minutes an hour it's gonna be nice Shabbos and join me here but anyway um wonderful wonderful group of uh of buffer it must have been about 15 20 guys in total and I gave everyone a safer than that wrote which I was able to print not for him in indirectly but it's two famous letters that he wrote in 1980s when the satmar were attacking Chabad and it was very difficult and um there was Sheldon bias issues amongst the some of morning once in the afternoon and um make sure you like you light a candle or candles for your a parent or or or a relative or whatever for yisker and then some like a also another list another candle for young Kippur uh I forget not to check in the Min hug him I don't have that in front of me so don't quote me check in the in the Chabad and hug him if there's an Indian to light a separate cant of him Kipper does anyone remember here yes Maisha yes yes and we just so that we like that yes so uh again you know if you didn't light it it's not the end of the world but uh if you're buying the candles for the yunt of the light so make sure to do that too um and we go to the mix the pure strict Chabad meaning is to go to the mix for three times tomorrow once before capellus before caporus once before minha and malchus uh wait a minute Marcus is before is Marcus after Mikvah before Mikvah remind me I always get confused I think malcus is before Mikvah no anyway it says it into so anyway but there's Mick fur before menka that's for sure and then Chabad goes a third time after the soda before the yantev now okay this is if you're able to and you want to that's the the way I was taught as a bucket to do to go three times but again don't feel guilty if you didn't get a chance or for whatever reason you know go at least one time out of Yom Kippur if you can go twice is better if you both tissue above and your Kippur the less I talk and there's not much to talk on you can be adopting the whole time and all that and and you drank before I fast but Hashem well so just uh just bear that in mind you know if you do a lot of cooking listen that it's exerting energy and and you get hungry as the day goes on if you need to lay down lay down even during the day now if you're able to lay down a sewer with your head like this and you know but if not I tell you sometimes I leave in the middle of that flight then I go lay down you know I'm not saying you should do that but um if I feel or whatever um that's what I do I'm just saying that you want to be strong at ni Ila you want to be able to double Cabana so if if it's adequate for you to put your head down on the table and then hop a little uh schluff you know do that but is mapped but they have a half I don't know how it's in what time you finish kadish but sometimes we can have an hour and a half to two hour half sick
