our coolest feature I would say is this
is a sauce bar of this pipes come
directly from the kitchen and straight
around up here down into the sauce bar
right here which is a self-service sauce
bar for all our specialty sauces we're
famous for our sauces so we're gonna
have all our sauces available
self-service as much as you want
wow so you have everything coming from
the kitchen through this yellow pipe
okay coming down over here and then
and then it goes down through there ah
that comes up from the bottom got it
okay let's continue what's this what's
this space over here
is
pick up shelves right here there's going
to be shelves here for all your orders
take out orders
um back here is the kitchen we have it
it's called The pass-through window all
the food comes out gets packaged and
brought to tables or to customers
here we're having our fridge we're
grabbing those sauces and uh drinks as
well up front over here we have um
self-ordering kiosks 10 of them
over here how many how many seats how
many tables
total we're about 180 seats between all
our different dining gears wow guys

we're using all the tires exactly
probably got a good deal with all the
colors exactly nice but uh

different color lighting that can change

these baskets are gonna have lighting
inside a cardio potatoes to fit around

special extra insulated door that uh

Kitchen inside a quick walk through
again not finished yet but here we have
our our Hood
um this is supposed to be our finishing
areas
um fryers it's going to be a griddle
griddle coming over here
um who's gonna get finished passed over
to this side
and then on this side here we have a
large table for plating parties you know
events you can play the whole entire
party for 40 50 people at once depending
on all the food at once you don't have
to wait here we have uh ovens pressure
fryers coming griddle stove Etc all that
stuff really really uh who designed the
kitchen who the kitchen so I want to
just thank all of our uh wonderful uh
contractors and vendors designers
marguly Langford did The Design interior
design on the restaurant Abe plug and
culinary did the design in the kitchen
SMI Marquez and SHINee which did a great
job with the general contracting and all
the other contractors as well thank you
you see one more thing when is the big
day when are you opening
hopefully we'll be able to do a soft
opening here and move in move all our
all our operations over to the new space
