All right, guys. We're back with Yosi
Twike at another tour at a factory in
Lakewood, New Jersey. By the way, y the
last video we did few weeks ago at a
cocoa bar in Tom River. People love to
see behind the scenes and factories how
things are being made. So, we got
another factory here in Lakewood. You
have to tell us exactly where we are.
>> That's right. Lakewood is not just about
restaurants. We got small businesses all
over the place. We are here off Airport
Road at the NTails factory. They just
moved here. Built a full-fledged
factory. Knocktails is a carbonated
drink. 5% alcohol. Delicious. Whether
you need a kick at the end of the day.
Four amazing flavors. They got uh we
have apple martini. We have strawberry.
We have pinina colada. And we have, I
believe, a mango. Orange.
>> Orange. Mango.
>> And we here at the borrowing factory.
Did I mention they have minus texture
and the U prime? You want a delicious
drink at the end of the day? Not with
high fructose chloria. No, cane sugar.
>> Really?
>> So, it's a little bit better for you.
>> Also, I assume they have like maybe from
some of the real fruit.
>> They do have real fruit in them. I saw.
And again, we're here in the factory.
We'll show you a little bit about how
the cans are being made, how they're
being canned, and we love to show you
behind the scenes. So, thanks to Brian
for coming down. So, it all starts over
here. This big tank. We take all of our
secret ingredients, the natural flavors,
the cane sugar, and we mix each flavor
in this tank. By the way, this tank
holds about 25,000
cans. That's right. We take this tank,
we flavor it, and then we move it over
to the other side of the room. See, each
of these tanks also holds 25,000
cans. Now, what this does is it takes it
down to a really cold level, almost
above freezing. You're going to ask me,
Elsie, why do we do that? Very simple.
You want to add that carbonation. You
want to add these things here, carbon
dioxide. When the cold the beverage is
very cold, the carbon dioxide sticks to
it. So when it gets canned right over
here, the minute or sorry, not the
minute, the second that it gets canned,
a drop will escape. But because it's
such a frigid temperature, everything
will stay in there. So when you pop that
can and you hear that, that's what we're
talking about. It's so happening over
here at the Nocttails factory behind me.
Now, don't get scared. This is carbon
dioxide, not carbon monoxide. Not those
things that you have to have the special
beers in your house. This is a CO2,
which means it's adding that gas. It's
adding those bubbles. You know, when you
add a sim and you open that cell and it
spills all over the place, that's what
this has. So, everything's cold over
there. We add the gas and we put it down
to the canning machine, which we'll show
you in just a minute. As we're finishing
canning a flavor here of apple martinis.
So, after we have our cold mixture with
the carbonation, we come here next door
to the warehouse, which is split up in
half. Half we have already bottled going
out. And then we have these empty cans
which are stacked here. So we're going
to take a pallet of empty cans from here
as you see all the flavors. We're going
to go next door into the bottling plant.
We're going to start bottling. Then
we'll put them back onto a pallet
completely sealed and ready to hit the
stores. Brian, before we go next door,
in case you think we're not ready for
all those people running to the stores
after they see this video, look on top
of me. We have pallets upon pallets of
empty cans ready to be filled. That's
besides the other pallets that we have
that already filled that are going out.
Did I mention this is being distributed
by Royal Wine? So, you know, Fry, any
store that's selling wine or liquor in
the tri-state area and outside across
the world will have their fill of knocks
on the shelf.
>> Listen, y is coming. You know, season is
coming. You want something sweet. You
can't have sour stuff. You can't eat
nuts. Get yourself some knocktails.
>> Okay. Up front, as you can see, we have
our pallet here from next door.
Everything's already sterilized and
clean. We're loading them into the
machine. And as you see, the machine
kind of rotates them. You come around
this side. I can show you how the
liquid's getting added.
As the cans are being put onto the
conveyor, you'll see that the conveyor
takes them around this machine, which
has 12 different
apparatuses that can fill it with the
drink that we are adding. Today, we are
doing apple martini. If you look over
there where the injections, you'll see
that white thing will go up. It means
the can is going up and being injected
with this flavor. So this machine can
fill 10 12 cans of frying within a
matter of probably about 15 seconds. So
here go empty over here. You'll see the
can gets lifted up over there. And then
when it when it's done, it comes you see
the cans getting lowered back into here.
The conveyor belt over here trying to
see there's the lid machine. So this is
where the lids are. This machine that's
spinning takes that lid, it spins and
does two different jobs. One, it pushes
it down. Two, it curls the can the lid
underneath the can like you see when you
get it in the store. And as you see,
it's very wet over here because as it
comes through the machine that puts the
lid on, it gets some water on it to
clean it off. And as you go down the
conveyor belt, you'll see there's like a
little fan that's making the water go
off and everything to make sure that
it's a very clean and precise operation.
This machine, as you see, it'll pick up
the can. As it's picking it up around
the corner, it's injecting it with our
mixture. As you can see here, every can
gets a little bit of like a car wash in
order to clean it. Make sure that it's
ready for consumption, making sure that
it's getting a little bit of a washing,
going through the machinery, making sure
that there's no juice cleaning to it, so
the can's not going to be sticky when
you find it in the store. And as you
move down the conveyor belt, you see
they have this little blower over here
which is kind of drying the can and
making sure that whatever liquid remains
on top of the can is getting distributed
and not sitting on the can. So when you
get in your store, it's nice and clean
and has no liquid on it. So Brian, as
you see, we have human hands here, too.
We have human people making sure that
each can is the way it needs to be.
They'll look at it, make sure if
anything's not the way it's supposed to
be. Maybe there's a lid that got
discolored in the process. Taking out
everything, making sure that the product
you're going to receive at home is the
most top quality product that they're
going to put their name on, the
Knocktail's name. From there, it's
pretty simple. Take four cans, put them
in a box, put that box in another box,
and then this box will put on a pallet,
and that pallet will get shipped out to
your local store. After our run is
complete and you have all your 16 cans,
those boxes, those boxes get sealed, put
here onto this pallet. This is today's
run. Yesterday's run, we got four
flavors all ready to go out to the
stores to be in your fridge. Before I am
now, every factory has a tasting and
testing room. And after visiting the
factory, we are now here in the testing
and tasting room. Again, we're talking
abouttails. You asked me about the o and
I don't know if you could zoom in on
there. It's right there. Now, F, you're
going to ask me, okay, you'll see
alcohol. So, what Braha is this? Very
simple. They're made with vodka, which
means they're going to be Shahakaco
drinks. Okay. Again, just 5% alcohol. I
don't usually taste test on camera for
you for him. [laughter] I know I'm not
going to get you on camera. So, we have
all four flavors. I'll taste
>> that noise. That noise. The crack.
>> Okay. The
>> vicious cult.
>> So, this one is called orange mango.
I've never tried this combination
before, so I'm not sure what to expect.
Fran wants
>> Oh man.
>> Wow. So, this is very bright. Naturally,
they're all going to be sweet as they're
cocktails. This is very bright. You have
a little citrus from the orange, but
again, that mango flavor is really
coming through. I've never tried this
combination before, so I didn't know
what it would be like.
I like it. F. I like it. And I here I
thought I only like the strawberry. I'm
getting like a little bit of a perfume
from it. It's very interesting. And as
you see that we served it with a little
bit of live fruit, fresh fruit. This is
the way they they are meant to be
served. By the way, fry. You need a
glass of ice. This is supposed to be
poured over ice. Don't just think you
can keep in the fridge and drop
>> sushi over here that comes together with
sushi.
>> Sushi and and drinks go well together.
You know, pretend you're a milk
restaurant. Pretend you're in liquid or
fry. Okay. So, next we're moving on to
strawberry daquiri. Now, I am a
strawberry Strawberry. What?
>> Strawberry daiquiri. Daiquiri is a kind
of drink.
>> Like a martini is a kind of drink. It's
a mixed drink that you're going to get
at a restaurant. Solid beverage. Got a
little lime in here to make it a little
bit
>> a little bit fer. Don't have to make a
broth again.
>> So I expected this to be overly powering
sweet. It's not. You are getting that
strawberry undercurren flavor. The thing
I like and I only tried two flavors
here. Not very heavy on the on the
alcohol. You know, some drinks you get
alcoholic beverages, a lot of vodka. I'm
not a vodka guy. I actually like
tequila, but this actually is really,
really good.
>> If you like more vodka, you could add in
vodka. But this
>> you could add more to it. 100%.
>> One second. I see in the picture that
has like a lime in it. Does it have lime
in it or just for the like combination?
>> The strawberry. No, I think it's just
there to give you a little bit of there.
But it says made with 100% real fruit.
They kind of concentrate it down like we
said. They have that cane sugar in it.
You know, everyone looks for that cane
sugar, that Coca-Cola and Pesa. That's
what we're talking about here. Okay,
fine.
>> By the way, give it another two, three
years. I think that you're going to
they're going to ban all this. Not
banan, but I don't think going to see
that much of
>> the corn syrup. High fuka. Yeah, I agree
with you.
>> Yeah, you see the advertisements all the
candies, all the drinks. No corn syrup.
No. It's like with the trans fat. No
trans fat.
>> There you go. Okay. Apple martini.
Again, martini is a kind of drink of
prime. Got that crack from the can.
Okay. Now, when you see apples, usually
they come different shapes and colors.
You have yellow, you have red, you have
green. So, this is a green apple, which
is usually a soury apple, but
realistically, this is going to be a
sweet drink, so it's not going to be
that sour. Let's try it.
You know how you bite into that green
apple the first time, you have that
juice dripping down? I'm getting a
little bit of that flavor. The ice is
definitely helping, but it's not like a
wall up in your face. It's not like, "Oh
my gosh, this is so sour." No, it's not
like that. This is again made to be a
sweet drink for the end of the day. You
want to wind down 5% alcohol.
I like red apples better than green, but
I actually like this drink and I'm going
to give it five stars. Okay, last
flavor. I am going to start this off by
saying I'm not a fan of pin colada. No,
>> I am not. I like pineapple. I do not go
for coconuts at all.
>> Okay, so don't try it. Okay,
>> but fry them for you. I already made a
bra. It's not broken, right? Okay. Oh,
there we go. The crack from the can.
Okay. And you see they they knew I
didn't like it, so they put some
pineapple in my in in my glass already.
>> So, if you like pin colada, which a lot
of people do. When you smell it, you
could already smell that cocon flavor.
Some people say, "Oh, cocon like uh I
don't know, like the the stuff you put
on to protect yourself from suntan
lotion." So, let's try it. I'm not a
fan. I already smell the coconut. I'm
already like, "Oh, okay. We're going to
do it.
Not bad. You know why?
>> I'll tell you what it is. The flavor is
not walloping me. It's a big thing. Some
drinks or food you're going to get and
you get like a really hit in the face
with the flavor. Over here, it's the
underlying current. So, that p that um
what am I talking about? Coconut. The
coconut flavor is not smacking me in the
face. And that pineapple flavor is
coming through.
I think with the fresh pineapple, it's
definitely giving me a little bit more
of something that would like a frying.
Four amazing flavors distributed by our
friends Aedm. That's right. So, this is
going to be in every store that you are
looking for. Referon is coming up. You
want something sweet, doesn't have to be
apple or honey. You can get a sweet
drink, little bit of alcohol. Definitely
make the day go through. And for those
of you that are still using your pools,
I mean, let's be honest, summer got a
late start. You can have something like
this in the pool, relax the end of a
day. We have
>> This is only in like in the liquor
stores or you can find
>> this is since it's alcoholic beverage,
you can't go into a regular grocery
store. It is only available in liquor
stores. I should mention the factory you
saw next door can do private runs, too.
So, if you want to do your own can of
your own product, whatever it's going to
be, you can speak to them here. Not only
that, I was informed of Fry. You saw
that big area that was empty between the
can and where the the pallets were.
They're going to be installing in the
next little while a bottling plant as
well. So, they'll be able to do cans and
bottles right here at Nocttail.
>> Can we do the fet drink?
>> Maybe we can. Is it going to have to be
that ginger ale that you make the red
natural? Is it GOING TO BE
>> WOW. The piser ginger ale.
>> Piser ginger.
>> I think board of the restaurant.
>> We add some cane sugar to it. I'd
probably
>> I think take it back from colam.
>> Take it back from Colamada. Okay. F. I
can't wait to see you at the next
factory tour.
>> Guys, if you have a factory in Leur
anywhere close by, reach out to me and
let's do a beautiful tour because people
love to see that and it gives you a big
shout out to your company and big uh
Yeli, what do you say about that?
>> I think that when I see this on the on
the on the shelf at a store, I'm not
necessarily going to know what goes into
it. But if I see a factory tour, I'm
more invested in the product. I see how
it's made. I see how it tastes. I see
how it comes together. I'm like, "Hey,
that looks really interesting." I always
walk by it. Let's stop by and actually
try it for once.
>> Thank you so much.
>> My pleasure.
