This is where we enrobe all different types of chocolates. So, what's this? This is they're producing now is the the famous almond cluster from wines. Yum. The best the almond cluster. So, it gets a shine. Really, this is the real color of the tro. It's covered, but it's missing that glaze. Missing that glass to a separate room, separate temperature control room, and a different process to put on the shine onto the chocolate.
