Everyone should own their own business.

Don't be an employee. You want to be the owner of the business because if you are an employee, one of three things is for sure going to happen. Either one, you're going to get fired. Either two, they're going to force you to retire. Or three, the company that you're working for is going to go bankrupt. And what's going to happen to you in all of those three situations? You're going to lose your job. You're going to be left with nothing. And you're going to go have to find a new job for a new employer who those three things are going to happen to again. So, anybody that is currently in a job should have his eyes constantly watching everything that's going on inside of that business so that he or she could eventually open up his own business and be the boss and ensure his future.
