I just was in China for almost 2 weeks. Very
interesting trip just to see the amount of
manufacturing of ingredients that we're getting
from China. The quality of the ingredients,
the quality of the facilities. China has so
much kosher production going on, which is
going into finished products around the world.
So I was recently 217 miles above the Arctic
Circle. I was there to visit a yeast plant. Very
interesting. In the Arctic, the days don't end,
they keep on going. I recently took a trip
to southern Massachusetts to watch over some
special productions. I was looking at the list of
ingredients. I was checking to make sure that the
labels had the OU printed on them correctly. To
a certain extent, going to the store and seeing
all the kosher products that are there, we take
for granted where all this stuff is coming from.
