welcome to episode eight epod the topic when is the perfect time to move out okay welcome followers to the group welcome welcome about the general chat mention General chat videos of on the platforms the general chat we're referring to is of WhatsApp so and can join the link and request to join the general chat opinions debate it's beautiful we're very happy with the result so far from they group is and this is the model from their group all it's the call from [Music] adventur you know out of is no major excitement there fine wasn't the right time [Music] fine you know what it takes to can to make it work as inam plot out of town away from the g New York York like the phone like this is nonsense fast forward expens and I just got more fed up I got more fed up and it was just getting worse and worse the whole affordability that's when I did the move all of a sudden out of town type of Lifestyle this exactly what was it wasn't the right time for me I wasn't desperate enough I wasn't fed up enough until I got AUD get up and do it now's your time he's when they when I looked into that area and you know it wasn't a guy so I wasited looking into stuff and as the years were going on it's too late now it's too late this I got so fed up that I said I'm going to make it work no matter what and I did the move and you know what's funny but I'm planning on moving I'll never forget this one at that point in my life I was looking into Lakewood and I was in touch with a broker and when I told him okay I said listen you know we we're putting Lakewood on hold we're looking into you know this new yesu out of out of New York out of New Jersey also and can ah you're doing the right thing I can't do it because I'm 40 but you you're in your 30s go and do it you're doing the right thing we're going to do it you're doing it at the right time in your life what's going on here that point in my life the devil that was telling me it's too late earlier the perfect time so let's sum it up into the best time first of all if you're watching this video no matter what days you are the best time is now listen to the saying what Papa told the son Papa told son the best time to plant the tree was 10 years ago the second to the best time is right now there's no doubt about it right now is the best time now if you're my stage you like in your 30s and you have that devil that you had hard of telling you from them they'll tell you no no no you're in the perfect time and anybody that's starting out a life and it's much easier to move them but here's the thing you're not so desperate at that point you're not fed up anymore you're not at all well life is good affordable let's assume if you're fed up then there's no question about it but let's assume you're not fed up you think my regrets that I had when I did the move you know what I was thinking if only I would know was when I'm in my 30s I would take that cycle and plug it in when I was in my 20s it would make life much easier for me Ali Ali would have done that here I am telling it to you you man it's starting out your life I'm here to tell you don't wait 10 years now's your time it's the best time is right now and if you're that 30s speak to a few people when's the right time they'll all tell you and I that you're older than that older than me all I can tell you is do it now obviously make sure makes sense for you but go and do it the watch all the ofers
