It really pokes a hole in the morale of the team that you're trying to hold accountable to keep costs down when they know that you're taking out money recklessly out of the company. That's it's a leadership issue. Meaning, if you want to have credibility within your organization for them to keep an eye on the money and we want to run a tight ship and we want to, you know, whatever it is where where there's a difference of how we spend money, don't be reckless. You can say, "Yeah, I'm the owner, I can do whatever I want." Fine, you could. Nobody can fight if against it.
