hey good day everyone welcome back to
our third installment in this new
exciting series beyond the seven live
from Jerusalem with Rabbi Aaron David
Poston who I'm learning so much from I
am so thankful that he takes the time
out of his busy schedule stays up very
late it's late in Jerusalem right now
but he's still willing to share Torah
with us and I just am overjoyed so I'm
not gonna hold him up any more I'm gonna
turn it right over to Rabbi Poston rabbi
how you doing tonight I'm enjoying this
class I'm getting great feedback
everybody's enjoying it we hope you're
well and safe and Israel and everybody's
doing well how are you tonight I'm well
thank you Dan I see I see you have a big
smile on your face as always I'm so glad
to be here part of what you're doing
part of the no hide world Center and
everything that they're trying to
accomplish in the world and I'm also
just I think I'm not just humbled I I
really feel privileged that you reached
out to me and they were able to come
together and share during this time well
its first we should go and talk to all
those people here in Israel good morning
to the people far as Far East right
whether then Australia China I don't
know all the different names of the
countries over there yeah and for those
people in America I hope that at least
the Jews anyway will be watching
after Shabbat and for Noack I think this
is a perfect opportunity to to reach out
and to learn Torah during this holy day
yeah and it is after Shabbat there and
it's getting late and you know the sheer
fact that that you're just willing to
you know bend your schedule take away
from sleep even to share and shine the
light of Torah we are just grateful
thankful and I must say the last two
lessons have just kind of had some
people's jaws open and so we're hoping
you got some more Beauty to share with
it because these are things that we of
the 70 nations generally have not heard
our parents haven't heard this we
haven't heard it from you know
religions we've come out of its unique
it's it's the Hebrew roots that that has
been taught all the way back to Moshe
and I can't share it because we don't
know it I mean I could get them in study
books and and but a lot of it doesn't
make sense unless we're told by a rabbi
who's heard it all the way back in the
chain so rabbi the floor is yours sir
appreciate thank you so I do want to do
a little bit of review least certain
concepts and address certain questions
that came up even during last week's
class that I forgot to address and that
have come up since one was a question
somebody asked if they had a Gomorrah
can they sit and learn the Gemara so Who
am I to tell them no however my
suggestion is that listen to other
classes right listen or you know you
pick up a book that is no but we're
going to be learning for example the
path of the just
okay here's just one copy here's another
copy and I've no idea if it's forward or
backwards but when you're learning a
safer you're learning and it quotes a
Gomorrah so my suggestion is then use
the Gomorrah that you have as a
reference go deep see the language learn
the language even the commentaries on
that piece of Gomorrah I would not
suggest take the Gomorrah and learn it
from cover to cover it's more of a
reference book because not all that is
applicable and so part of the review to
show you that that my answer I think is
not just palpable palatable but to the
correct answer we saw a list
this isn't Gomorrah 92 a of a Hulan that
had mentioned that the bene North had
accepted upon themselves 30 mixes and
the question is what does that mean they
accepted upon themselves
30 mixes so I just want to go back to
the idea we have seven misses that
they're obligated and the question is
are they just misses or are they general
category
so when we look when a Jew looks at a
piece of truth right we consider what
says in the Gemara what it says in the
Torah the truth we only see a
perspective right we can only see a
limited vision let's say I have two
people three people five people doesn't
matter we're all sitting around a table
we're discussing what we think is called
absolute truth so only Hashem knows of
the absolute truth there is such a thing
called absolute truth but from my
perspective if I had let's use this cup
this coffee cup Vantage so as I turned
it around you can see that it's nobody
has a 360-degree view each of these five
people have I'm gonna say twenty or
thirty they have a little bit maybe even
180 degrees whatever it is they only
have a certain perspective and the
person on the other table has a
different perspective and the person to
my left of tomorrow night has also a
different perspective so the five of us
discussing this we have a chance when I
hear what he has to say and and to like
enter his mind so to speak I will get an
additional perspective then I have my
own so there's a possibility as a chance
that the five of us together will
actually be able to see something beyond
ourselves because we're sharing with the
other person and we're accepting what
the other person is saying now the
person could be making a mistake
his vision may be blurred and we have
the right to challenge them and that's
what I mentioned about the Caruso system
and when you're dealing with someone
else in your it's like iron against iron
is going to become sharpen right so this
is this is the way we have to number one
realize we cannot ourselves see absolute
truth we have to go into the Torah we
have to go into and a higher and this is
one of the things I want to lead into
respect for the Torah itself think about
our Bernardino IRA did not have the writ
okay but he had a lot of information
that came down through shame and Ava and
he had an inquiring mind and I think on
a certain level there was a lot of logic
okay so one of the other ideas why is it
might be there 30 minutes as we
mentioned many of them many of what we
call the the basis of the seven Noahide
laws are things that are logical things
that you can come to your own truth
because it's inside of you right every
soul is creative universe everyone has
it and so when you do introspection and
you can find the truth because it's
really there and I'm also this is part
of the introduction to the facility
shrine which we're going to be learning
that the information is actually on the
hard drive it's actually there so we
talked about the thirty misses that they
accepted their logical now something I
mentioned in was last week that what
what's the difference between a wise non
Jew right we call him make Huck make uma
so Allah from the wise of the nation as
opposed to make Hasidic uma Sola from
the pious of the nation's so one of the
biggest differences first of all in
terms of the status and I don't mean to
put anybody down this is the way the
Rambam seems to express it that the one
who's wise came to it on his own similar
to the way I just described and he is
lacking or he's not yet accepted that
the Torah was from heaven and this is
gonna make all the difference in the
world when it comes to what we call
eternity all of haba the rambam implies
he is not included in the occult reward
or the expansion of this world right
this rule is just a entrance way of
proof right it's an an alleyway in order
to get to the larger room so he's
missing something but I think that
that's part of growth because if
somebody is able to
come to that point where the living a
moral life they decided came to this on
their own
that is a stepping stone at least in my
opinion in the right direction and he
should not be faulted he shouldn't be
mocked and he shouldn't be belittled I
think that if you had eight million
people in the planet who were all
holding there we'd be in a lot better
shape than we are okay so let's just say
I used the term he's on a lower level I
don't mean it is when I he's a lowlife
god forbid I think that that guy it
should be that person should be praised
but that's not where I think a person
who wants to be listed and have the
status of a si de uma Sola
so the remember him says that the person
is in the status of Casa de una sola
again the word seething needs pious
righteous you sure right all these words
will describe he has accepted and he
doesn't say this I'm adding this he's
accepted the mission of the Jewish
people why because the ground Bob says
that he accepts the tourists from heaven
so we're talking something unchangeable
it's written with every single letter
right in its order I want to share a
good more with you at some point tonight
and we'll get to it it's I have quite a
few quite a few I don't want to go too
much out of order it's Ingham or Shabbos
31 a it's about two people to come to
convert I'm sorry someone who comes to
convert and they approach sham I and
they approach Hillel and they get very
different answers we discussed in
previous classes about the there has to
be an oral torah so the question is I'm
not trying to convince any non Jew who
listen who's listening that there is an
altar ax let me let me go to this
Gomorrah right now so you'll have an
idea some of the things I want to share
with you guys
so in Gomorrah Shabbat 31 a the rabbi's
thought it happened that a Gentile came
before Shamai and asked how many
tourists do you have so she my said two
we have two tourists a written Torah and
an oral torah so the Gentile said you
know I trust you
regarding the written tar but I don't
trust you regarding the oral torah
convert me on condition that you teach
me the written Torah and we already know
who Shama is a little bit short-tempered
and he admonished him and he angrily
removed him the same Gentile came to
Hillel and he asked convert me the same
the good more doesn't say what he said
but we know that he must have said the
same words Hillel was a little bit more
let's say forgiving but the commentators
explained that Hillel felt this person
was sincere and that's gonna make all
the difference okay even the Rambam says
that a-goin should not be learning Torah
we're not talking about someone who's
sincere okay and again it's not all
parts of Torah but anybody who's sincere
why not there's no loss and he converted
him so the question is did he actually
convert him or he started the process so
according to most opinions he only
started the process so the first day
Hillel taught him alef-bet gimel dalet
he started to teach him what we call the
alphabet so let me just ask you I mean
we all grew up we learned this famous
song I don't know how to sing another
but ABCD EFG right so it was like a good
way to remember the alphabet so even if
you didn't recognize the letter as a
child you you it began to enter your
mind so you got to get the idea so he
started teaching him the the alphabet
and how did he teach and he actually
started teaching him I'll just use the
term from right to left because in in in
Hebrew it starts from the right to the
left which is going to be significant in
a second you'll see why the next day he
reversed the order but it doesn't mean
he reverse the order started teaching
him
Beth Alif he started from the other end
right tough shin race cough okay
so he started teaching him from left to
right but again that's not yet
significant so the convert then said to
him right the second day but rabbi right
you didn't say that yesterday you don't
you talking the alphabet ABC I will pick
him and now you're teaching me from Z
backwards you know from the tough
backwards so he says he'll oh recently
response didn't you rely on me rely on
me regarding the oral law as well
because remember the original question
how many toes do you have oh we have to
but I don't I don't really trust that
there's an orator how in the world when
your mother taught you or your gun in it
or whoever is your kindergarten teacher
started teaching you a CBE you believe
them right son and then you actually
could put words together comprehension
and onward as you grew up but it all
started with the basics the building
blocks the the assaut the foundation of
of knowledge started with the most
simplest understanding how do you know
what I'm telling you is even true if I
tell you this is an A and then this is a
B and then there's a C or I will take mo
and then the next thing you come to me
and I tell you the opposite like the
tuff is really the a and the shin is
really the bean I'm you have to rely
it's called oral I mean you were talking
speech right I don't want to go off on
tangents I talked about this a lot but
why do you think just then maybe we'll
leave this for food-for-thought we'll
talk about another time why does it have
to say that God spoke when he created
you you know I mean he doesn't have eyes
but he could have blinked his eyes right
he doesn't have fingers but he could
have snapped his fingers there's so many
things that the Turk could have
described right that he could have done
to create the universe but it was
through speech so we'll leave that for
thought but so one of the ideas here is
that as a non Jew coming to learn Torah
there's a vast amount of hush kapha of
worldview that you have to enter and
just to teach him that when we think
about right-to-left
meaning the alphabet in Hebrew anyway to
the right is mercy and to left is dim
judgment so he's teaching him okay
so God is merciful very nice anybody
would want to convert it that way right
well I would like to join a kadai
religion that the God is all merciful
and then the next day he tells him from
the other end which is from left to
right so now he's teaching him you
thought God is your limited you think
that this is God but God is much bigger
than what you can even imagine
well Ruth Diana met when God forbid bad
things are we hear bad tidings
we all say Barack died on and met God is
a truthful judge when someone passes
away or someone lost everything in the
in the stock market or a car crash god
forbid law loses a total of you know a
car that it could be a hundred thousand
dollars or whatever I don't kind of car
is that much money but imagine there are
cars I mean forty thousand dollars it up
right it's a lot of money not to use
junker right the kid you know you can
buy the new paycheck yes we say
Brookline MA because ultimately
ultimately we know that everything is
done for our good even then and this God
that we believe in is not a duality it's
not a God of good and then there's a
different kind of bad
everything everything emanates from God
even what we call evil doesn't mean that
he actually emanates from him but he
created it he created it and then when
he restricts himself he allows the evil
to exist yes I don't know if I wanted to
talk about this was a little bit
controversial because some people are
asking me some of my students are asking
me a lot about the different conspiracy
theories and perhaps you know certain
rabbis are talking about 5g and vaccines
and all kinds of things that are
happening now with the with this
virus it all emanates from Michelle we
have to trust only in a Kurdish Buraku
the Holy One blessed be he he knows more
than anything and all everything from
the right or from the left meaning from
mercy or judgment it's all emanating
from him so yes we have to take
precautions and if we have the ability
to stop whatever that means for 5g from
coming into our neighborhood went to our
country so you can petition or whatever
it is but ultimately we have to trust in
a sham just like we cannot live with
fear we have to live this simply if the
service you enjoy nevertheless put on
the mask okay no big deal why are we
putting on the mask maybe not because of
our immune system right is compromised
but perhaps someone else's okay and we
have to really care for our elders if
nobody asked me but only like I'm not
anybody called Monday night quarterback
where they call this you know Monday
morning care armchair quarterback it
seems like the best situation would have
been and could have been where we only
put a lockdown on the elderly and on the
people who are you know compromised with
their immune system and then all of us
could have been building up our immune
system which involves light meaning not
have been to be put away in quarantine
but we don't know we'll never know who
ever no but it leads into one other idea
that it says in the Zohar that the this
wills armored the SheiKra this is a
world of illusion a world of lies and
when we know that and there's a perky
alice's don't you should hate the
government you should not buddy up with
the government maybe we'll talk about
that another time but be weary you're
right they have an agenda okay so let's
put that aside what do we just discussed
in Chaves 31 a that there is an altar
you have to at least I mean I don't say
you have to someone who is wants to
relationship with God at
so do the investigation and the only way
to investigate I should say the only way
the the way has I'll tell us if you like
it Abra Medina you're a very special
unique person you could come to it on
your own through watching nature okay so
Abram was able to use that inner truth
and all of his you know enquiries and he
investigated greatly and he came to a
conclusion it came to relationship but
that's not that's not true that every
time they can Harry okay so we have the
Torah the Torah itself is God's Word and
that by going deep deep you realize I
should say you should really you will
realize most likely you'll come to
realize that this is the an unbelievable
work okay it's in the language of my
rabbi Rev doc Weinberg said it's an
instruction manual right God put us on
this planet and he gave us instructions
the word Torah is from the word hora aa
which are instructions and the whole
Torah is as cuz I'll say it it is a it's
to fix our character traits okay it's
there to can negati etcetera it's a
truth serum it's a drug of truth it's a
it's the treats the it's the best drug
okay is that word remedy work remedy
thank you against the AIDS around which
we all have Jew and non-jew everyone has
it we started the first session talking
about Cain and Abel and the conversation
that God had with King and he said if
you work on yourself if you prove your
character you got nothing to worry about
nothing to fear okay so this is my
message regarding all those conspiracy
theories that the y8 Sahara yes it's
strong and it's strong because God
created it that way okay and there's a
remedy and that's the Torah that is our
belief in Hashem again for that nor hide
and I call my know hi who is amongst the
Hufnagel missoula he's
is very intelligent very inquisitive and
he came to the conclusion on his own
that okay so there are these universal
laws great but guess what I hate to
break it to you that's cold
you will not you will not receive the
world to come so I pray that you
continue your search and you continue
your journey because I think you're on
the right path
not that the best path but the right
path and eventually the Ratish M through
investigation learning Torah you'll come
to a different conclusion and which
leads me into the idea that Abraham it
says that he made souls and I'm
discussing this because later we're
gonna see there's so much here that we
share with you in the path of the in the
introduction the introduction will end
the introduction which we will discuss
tonight I don't think we're gonna get
through the whole thing but in the
introduction it ends with a Bryce that's
a tonight source in the Gemara of
repinned class Rebbe Pincus vignette
here and he goes through different ten
of them all together which is going to
be significant someone also asked me
about ten earlier tonight and I will
discuss that ten there's tensity wrote
there's ten specific ways does Shem
manifests himself so Ruby pin cuts Ben
Yair explains these are the character
traits that one should go like in stages
a journey just like the wives of the
nation's are on a journey so to the
truth be told so too are the hasib AO
missoula it's also part of the journey
the very last part is we call truth of
Kadesh we'll bring one to recess at
resurrection of the Dead
what is it and I just want it I I want
to just discuss this for one minute cuz
I really want to go back to the
beginning but this is the very last this
is how it ends
he's going to be able to do what to
actually resuscitate others to
resuscitate
others and it's very interesting what
does that mean
so I think this is what it means
that Avram made souls those souls
existed those people lived yet he made
them look in Genesis 12 5 it says the
souls they made in quran how can a human
being make a soul so Rashi says the
souls they made refer to the convert
they made now these converts were not
converting to Judaism they were
converting to the Abrahamic faith let's
call it okay
Avram himself kept what what did he keep
so there's different opinions that he
kept all 613 commandments meaning his
soul was so sensitive even before the
term was given that he kept all 613
that's one opinion even the rabbinic
opinion even the rabbinic injunctions
that even that hadn't yet even come into
being that he kept going to another
opinion but what's more likely
what's more realistic I think is that
there's the people that he kept just A+
mitzvahs and some say just kept the
seven Noahide laws this is a little bit
more realistic but it doesn't matter in
my imagination I can understand Iver on
being on such a high level that he was
actually able to in tune be in tune
spiritually with any one of these
opinions okay
that puts our I'm on a very high level
for us we need the Torah okay we're not
on that level we can actually in the so
in tune with all 613 like would we have
known not to put shot nasaan we have
would we have known not to put wool and
linen their garment that it's not right
I don't know I doubt it I got I'm when
that level would have been on that level
but the tar least is able to explain to
me what I need to know and okay so I
thought that would be very interesting
to share and yeah you're talking about
Abraham what didn't in Genesis 25 Mary
she's 25 I think it's 25 might have been
26 where Hashem was dealing with Isaac
and he spoke of Abraham
there was four specific words that he
used because Abraham followed his his
Mitzvahs because Abraham followed his
his laws his statutes his ordinances
these four specific words have great
detail in the Hebrew language from my
understanding he do they branch to that
full 613 do you think like I said there
are opinions that said he kept not only
the 613 but even the rabbinic
injunctions now the rabbinic injunctions
are based on Torah concepts and
everybody has within them the full
makeup of the depth of the truth right
when her soul was in our mother's room
which the word for room is reckon wreck
em is another I guess it's the root word
of rock Amim Rock maynooth mercy we were
in another dimension that our souls were
in in truth like an enveloped in truth
and therefore that's part of why we have
the certain instincts everybody has it
this is another thing I want to actually
be to today I wanted to speak about from
last week if it's true that a dead not
one of the righteous who not righteous
one of the wise can just you know based
on a thought the not just one logic
alone that he could be an atheist or
agnostic so the more I thought about it
again it's part of a journey perhaps in
the beginning I don't think that he
could stay that way I don't believe
because because even if you just got a
glance of the Torah in its true depth
with at least a good teacher you would
come to believe that this could not have
been written by man okay at least to
realize that so again if you realize
this as such has such depth and was not
written by man then the logical
conclusion is then then who wrote it
okay so I think that somebody even just
logically if a bronc
come to it logically it's just much more
difficult it's not impossible it's for
the very few individuals okay I don't
know if that is addressing what you're
asking I do want to address the word
hope because one of the enigmas Terry
anyway but a few people asked me also if
because I mentioned it last week the
word Hulk seems to imply from the nature
of the word is those misses that don't
have logic so basically if we're going
to say that the oh I want to be frank
get into that there is one more thing I
wanted to share about the seven laws or
not seven laws but the seven overall
arching vein has old and so I wonder if
you go to Exodus chapter 24 twelve and
the Lord said to Moses come up to me to
the mountain and remain there and I will
give you the stone tablets the law and
the commandments they have written to
instruct him the Oh Masha Allah Masha
Allah a lie Ihara
the Yesha then Allah saw at Lucas ahead
invitar of Amit sadh I should to talk to
you little Tom so there's a lot to be
said about this but Rashi says there
that and I mentioned this before how
many letters are there in the tablets
there are six hundred and twenty letters
in the first set of tablets Rashi says
all 66 thirteen mixes are included in
the Ten Commandments what does that mean
it means that there are ten categories
just like I can say with confidence that
the seven midslope the seven Noahide
laws are not laws but they're categories
here Y of all 613 mitzvahs are included
and the roofs are gone he actually
divided them up into how all 613 that
are divided into ten categories now
knowing that this is Rashi look at Rashi
on that on that verse and he's bringing
it from a Midrash robbing that the seven
are exactly the same way and what's my
proof that the
20 letters represent the 613
commandments for the Jews and the Seven
Commandments for the dungeons 613 and 7
and you have right there 620 is Keter
cat air cough the storming tough 400
race 200 620 what is ketta
I mean Corona
it means crown that's what cat term
means catcher is usually referred to as
catcher Torah the crown of Torah the
crown of Turin needs to be put back in
its rightful place okay
we're freaking out about Corona the
answer is this is the solution and I
hope we don't get mixed from from
Facebook or from YouTube the spiritual
answer okay the spiritual answer is to
put the crown back in its right place
and it's back to the idea of seven
overall overarching concepts okay
and therefore we can easily explain the
Gomorrah when it said thirty they either
accepted another twenty would even say
another twenty twenty-three or they're
actually subcategories of existing myths
a lot of talk about the word cloak
because I gave a few shirin that
explained the word Hulk in a little bit
different fashion it doesn't mean that
it doesn't it doesn't mean that it
doesn't mean those mitzvahs that don't
make logical sense and therefore that's
what the Jews like in other words you
have anything is logical it's gonna fit
under the seven categories and all those
who came all those other misses are
statutes that don't make logical sense
are that's for the Jews to do that's
going to be true oh by the way just
while we're on the subject somebody
asked and last week our
but other what mixes our Jew and non-jew
is not allowed to do okay so I discussed
to fill in it's it's let's just say
discouraged for good reason
Shabbos which we discussed in terms of
as long as the mekinese would observe as
long as they celebrate it in a optional
way that they show that they're not
obligated this is a os-- this is a sign
between me and the Jewish people and the
Jewish people have a higher level of
observance but a non Jew certainly can
and probably should celebrate Shabbat in
some way Pesach offering the Passover
offering explicitly says this is not for
this is for non Jew should not do it
okay they're not included okay
also in terms of what the Jewish people
are made up of three different classes
I'll used to work classes so I don't
have a better language you have Navy of
Cohen lately in Israel there are misses
that a regular your al cannot do and
should not do so I don't understand how
a non Jew can be like upset okay
there are rules dog mitzvahs that don't
apply to me as a regular yes rayul okay
they're just beyond so I don't have to
go into all those if they don't apply to
me as he regularly struggle they only
plan to Cohen so then for sure all those
who do not apply to a a non Jew either
clear also their armed route there are
laws that only apply to men
we're only applied to women okay so
there's there's so many things that are
I am often mentioned earlier in the
previous class so that all Israel is
responsible for one another
when we stood at Mount Sinai we said nah
seven ish ma we said in plural for now
we will do and we will listen so that
meant that as a as a whole so if one Jew
doesn't keep a mitzvah it's gonna affect
me because we entered the contract as a
group right under how it works in
contractual
but if a group of people went into a
contract and one of them failed that
contends what's in the contract
basically they're all failing right
unless it's specified right right if
they're all I shouldn't review something
that I read off to you last week about
the difference between a June and on
June and this is from nefesh I am in the
chapter 4 and the first it's actually
the the first gate but it's chapter 4
the first gate where he discusses in the
notes what is the difference in of June
Adagio so he says the relationship of a
Jew to a non Jew is like that of a
priest to a member of the congregation
serves as per the scriptural description
of the Jewish people who are mom left at
colony the guy kadosh the Jewish people
are called a kingdom of priests and a
holy nation that you can find in Exodus
chapter 19 6 both positions of priests
and congregant have significance and
corresponding obligations meaning
they're not the same they're gonna have
obligations but they're not exactly
parallel a priest is not a priest if he
has no congregation and the congregation
requires a priest to provide assistance
the Jew is obligated to observe 613 and
the non-jews simply has the obligation
to observe seven Noahide laws both Jew
and non-jew had the ability and free
choice to generate at acuña
rectification or god forbid the opposite
Ikuko or damage through their actions or
these matter old deeds matter however
the Jews obligation and responsibility
is to rectify both himself and the
worlds around him whereas the non-jews
obligations rectify himself therefore
the impact of the Jews actions reach
further now if any non Jew would wish to
take on a greater level of obligation he
has free choice and he can even convert
to Judaism Judaism he wants
however non-jews able to reach meaning
spiritual heights of perfection in
serving God even without conversion okay
what I want to say give me a second what
we're going to talk about in terms of
the path of the just is a subdued classy
dudes is gonna be one of the main
chapters I think I'm gonna be making a
mistake if we just skip to it so we're
going to want to go to the introduction
and it could be that we'll do some other
parts before we get to chapter 18 to 19
the concept of a subdued means to go
beyond the letter of the law to take on
obligations that you're not obligated I
don't know where this idea came on that
if you are not Jew and you want to take
on an additional Mitzvah it's like
you're creating a new religion I don't
know I don't know where it came from
I think that if you take it on saying
you're obligated so then you're creating
a new religion go ahead yeah I guess
from my understanding and in my last
couple years specifically it's a
question of I know you have a word for
strange worship okay
although the additional religion
problems do is they do it in a strange
or unfamiliar or unknown what makes it
an addition to something that God never
required of you and and when it's made
up that's what makes it wrong is when
it's it's like this is the way we're
going to do it and wait a second what do
you base it on nobody gave you direction
to go down that path
there's nowhere no precedents in Torah
there's no precedents you know what
makes a false religion of false religion
is they're going down their own path in
their own ideas and that's where vanity
lies is when it's imaginative and built
upon imagination without any actual
foundation now I think the Hebrews are
teaching clearly what
makes a new religion is that strange
ordinance that that you've made into a
rule and calling it a mitzvah when it
has no real what but I think where
you're you're clarifying to us as Benet
noah is that these are established
honest legitimate torah mitzvahs and
doing it when the opportunity arises
right because you see it before you you
understand what it's about and you see
the need and you meet the need I love
how you brought out earlier about remedy
about the cure like an injection that
that meets the need and if you're
walking down the street and you see
something and you know a mitzvah will
solve an issue and a problem why
wouldn't you step forward and do it
whether you're you're you're a Jew and
you know you should then you're obliged
to or if you're a non Jew and you see
the need and you're like don't just
shirk from that it becomes responsible
sorry I think you yeah no I think you're
right when somebody says without
guidance I'm obligated that's I guess we
call that creating a new religion I
don't know if that's the term I would
use but I can understand that you just
created your own religion right I don't
know if new a the Torres gives
guidelines what is typically for Jews as
an obligation what is specifically for
non-jews as an obligation again all
things that are logical okay so if it's
not so logical you're doing what we call
kasi dude you burped on Gumby on the
letter the law and going beyond the
letter of law means I know where the law
ends and I'm going beyond it I'm not
saying I'm doing because it's an
obligation and that takes knowledge we
said that a in ignoramus a bore cannot
be a hussy so that requires learning
this is another reason for involving
yourself in learning Torah going back to
the list there were a few a few of the
there was actually two lists and I
actually wanted to read from both of
them certain mixes last to find where
the other list is here it is okay we
have two lists of 30
one surprisingly said the singularity of
God to know there's one God and to pray
okay so that was on the list from Aaron
lifting steam rabbi Aaron Lichtenstein
in the arts role it mentioned the
positive command to engage in the study
of Torah let me go back and the positive
command to honor the Torah apparently
one of the thirty commandments that the
north hides accepted was to honor the
Torah which makes sense and number 22
the positive commandment to engage in
the study of those parts of the Torah
that are relevant to the null Heights
and another midst that's against
studying the parts of the tour that are
exclusive to the Jewish people so
keeping that in mind there's so much
that a non Jew can learn and should be
learning and again part of the
introduction that we're going to learn
the path of the just is I think I don't
agree disagree with me again everyone
has he ain't Sahara
everyone is commanded to stay away from
the zsr so why would anybody not try to
find the solution to how to put in check
how to guard against and the 8th Sahara
so the path of the just is a perfect a
perfect system a perfect safer which
hopefully we'll talk about I had so much
to do
unbelievable oh yeah yeah yeah yeah I
didn't want to begin so let's start
let's let's continue where I mentioned
that I gave a few classes in the past
about the word coke coke again we said
the definition seems to be those mid
slopes that are not logical but keep in
mind there are other definitions or
other understandings of the word hope
that we should understand so let's just
keep with the original idea Hulk
according to Rashi says the things that
are only to decree of the king
out apparent rational and with which the
evil inclination finds forth and this is
least virtue see the the question that
the yet Sahara the sottano ask what's
the sense of doing these things why are
they prohibited who cares what's the
problem with wearing chaton is a mixture
of wool linen or eating pork or who
cares about the red cow anything that is
cooked okay so with this line of
thinking I would say that cooking are
generally beyond reason and therefore
the banana are not obligated fine and
but there's no reason that they can't
optionally not optionally is in
preferably but optionally is in having
free will to choose if they want to do
it or not as long as they are doing it
knowingly that it's optional okay now in
the heart in in parsha
the hukou tie interesting Italy enough
if the word is if you walk in my
statutes right in Baku coat Itay lately
so everybody explains the word buckle
tied does not mean the statutes it
doesn't mean statutes there it means
relate we're learning the Torah if you
dedicate yourself to learning Torah so
therefore as we just saw in the list
that even a non Jew is obligated to
learn the parts of the tur that relates
to him so what's the problem the word
hulk means not what we thought it meant
all in all cases but in that case it
means that one should dedicate
themselves to learning the torah that
they need to learn also in parsha
cooking again this is a GU code so again
that the nate the name of the chapter is
also Hoke so this deals with the red cow
but over there the the klique are
explained suddenly I used a clearer card
as an example he explains that a Hulk is
you specifically that one should keep
the Mishpatim the Mishpatim are the laws
that are like civil laws that makes
sense
and he does it like because it makes
sense he does it with a lot of Z he root
a lot of carefulness he's really careful
but guess what there's a comparison to
the houki and therefore he should keep
the hoe keen we're talking at a regular
a Jew he keeps the hukum like he keeps
the mesh bottom even though they don't
make sense but because of the decree of
the king you should keep them and then
vice versa vice versa meaning that if
the hukum don't make sense that i have
to keep them i should even keep the mesh
bottom which do make sense because of
the decree of the king and this is what
leads me into the idea of it's a general
concept it's the Hulk does not mean
always just the misses that don't make
sense but that even if they don't make
sense I know this is a decree of the
king and if I decide as a non Jew I want
to keep them I'm allowed to even the
Mossad team again what's there enough
sweetness I see they almost all odd
because I'm him I'm keeping them because
God said so that already brings me to
such a higher level why am i doing the
Misha pot team yes they make sense but
guess what they're like a Hulk they're
like a hub they like the decree of the
king and that brings me already to a
higher level so this lesson of what a
Hulk means is a general lesson for
everybody and that's what really what I
want to talk about that what the Torah
has to say our principals for all
mankind knows we will see in Massena
sharing the details may be different how
you actually perform them are going to
be maybe even significantly different
but there's a lesson you learn the Torah
to learn how to live your life through
it's an instruction manual we mentioned
that it's all based on Cassatt the whole
Torah is really about how to deal with
other people we said that in the very
beginning God clothed the naked right
Adam and Eve had no clothes he clothed
the naked that's a meter to counter
trait with kindness and concern and care
and at the very end of the Torah God
buries Moses right that's what we call
Hesed show Evans you don't even get a
thank you who's gonna thank you right
this is it the person's dead but you're
doing such offensive who's gonna bury
him so that's like the two bookends the
beginning of the Torah and the end of
the Torah so what do you think's all the
middle stuff it's all the same it's all
the details of how to do tests it had to
be kind and this is what the miss Alicia
Sharma is going to bring us to an
understanding about so what I'm
hopefully well cannot go into this
Mishnah the price of sorry at the end
when we said Ruby
Pincus bending your ear he said like
this so let's go through it even though
this is how it ends
Torah study brings one to vigilance
Kurama V Maithili Daisy he routes
Z he route and that is the word that the
Rambam uses when he described when he
describes a Ben no he actually uses that
word here cool this is in that chapter
811 in the laws of kings and their worst
call him macabre Abraham it's thought
anyone who accepts the seven mitzvot
then is har lasso table and is
village'll int to do them so he's
already using that word in vigilance
then in turn the heroes M'Vila days
result so this idea of vigilance is
going to bring someone to alacrity
quickness Reese's brings one tunic use
which is cleanliness and then
cleanliness is going to bring one to
pre-shoot which is abstinence and then
that's gonna bring one to Tahara which
is purity and then Tahara brings one to
kasi dude that's gonna be the chapter
we're gonna deal with mostly but again
the introduction because not to share
next next week we'll talk about in the
introduction how kasi do plays an
important part and everything we're
trying to accomplish which
has a lot to do with fear of God awesome
knowing knowing God and how awesome he
is
so then tt piety would bring one to
another humility and that would bring
one to the fear of sin which is your
state and that would bring someone to
kedusha which is holiness and then that
one that brings once to Ruach Hakodesh
divine inspiration and it ends off that
brings one to the resurrection of the
Dead
what in the heck does that mean
resurrection is bad it means that you
will be able to share such truth and
holiness to resurrect and I don't mean
convert in terms of Judaism but to
convert in terms of Abraham was able to
bring these souls to life from the dark
side from from being asleep right his
sleep in the dust so to speak this is
what life's about sharing the joy
sharing the truth and Baruch Hashem
there's so many not I don't know what
term to use them to use for them Noah
hides is an okay term for some reason a
lot of people have trashed the name and
but I was maybe but I'm about to say is
even worse non-jews practicing the
Jewish religion and we're practicing
Judaism because that's really what it is
do let me give you another example just
to get when more expresses when the
Romans they destroyed the temple they
burnt the temple down they they they
they ransacked Jerusalem in the future
there's going to be a great judgement
and they're all gonna say all the
different nations are gonna say why they
were anti-semantic I we weren't really
anti-semitic you know we did it
everything we did with the Jews we built
the theaters we built the roads we built
the bridges everything was really for
the Jews God's gonna say you're liars
would be talking about you didn't
collect taxes you better figure out
enjoyment right do you realize that the
Romans understood if they actually
understood what the temple stood for
they never would have destroyed it they
sent there always to guard it right as
we know in the future all the different
kings and representatives of the
different nations are going to come to
you shall I am on circus and if they
don't bring you know their offerings are
or acknowledge Hashem
they won't see rain right so what
benefit did it give Rome what benefit
was it for Rome to destroy they were
lacking this information so any non Jew
that really understands the mission as I
mentioned the mission of the Jewish
people again we are the priests so we
have a lot more obligations but the
principles are basically the same every
one of them and I'll reiterate this the
word Mitzvah does not mean command yes
it can be translated but it comes from
the word savoir like in Hebrew fret
seventh is a group of people working in
harmony okay it's a kabura it's look up
there it means to connect every one of
the Mitzvah is an opportunity to connect
some are obligated the Jews in all 613
and the non Jew is not obligated in a
majority of them but those when I say
this classical beyond the seven because
it's more than just seven I'm not asking
anybody to take on things like who King
okay but at least understand and the
depth of the mission of the Jewish
people that you helping us do our
mission in other words you mean a Jew in
the street you ask them why did you
believe in God no you keep Shabbos no
you keep kosher no why are you in denial
do you realize you're the chosen people
get with the program you know you're
holding up the Messiah you're holding up
utopia right you're you're come on I'm
willing to take upon my seven and the
subcategories thereof right why don't we
learn turn together
why do in other words you have eight
billion people in the planet yes the Jew
has been persecuted but someone can
comes to convert you know they're asking
that they Dan is an why do you want to
be Jewish do you realize that we are a
persecuted people why would you want to
join its
interesting because in the Mishnah in
Sanhedrin
it says that every Jew is a place in the
world to come and we already discussed
bilham is listed later on and Bill was
not Jewish and we went through this
already
that non-jews also get a place in the
world to come Prince huh the pious do
sorry thank you so non Jews were pious
of course
so what's the difference so a Jew has to
work hard to get rid of his Olam haba he
has to go out of his way and break
Shabbos he's to go out of his way and
eat pork right he's to go out of this
way be a nasty person right he is to go
out of his way okay
but guess what then as a result of him
is not keeping it he will experience
suffering he will she will experience
the tycoon the purgatory of the word but
there's a refining through what first of
all he isn't up to the truth but if he
doesn't to chuhwa there's gonna be
refining and that unfortunately is the
state of too many Jews alibi they
shoulder Trueba and not have to go
through the suffering the non Jew on the
other hand to get into all about he
actually has to do he has to make a
major effort so what did I just say did
not the Jew to get out of all of my bar
and without the suffering is to make
okay start again the Jew has to work
very hard to get out of all of ABBA
right in other words he's always
guaranteed a spot he has to be a real
under criminal under a lot right and the
non Jew on the other hand has to make
the effort to get in and I just make
that clear that you're lighting right
you're invited and it's it's an amazing
opportunity and we want you we don't
want to be there alone we wouldn't feel
we're doing our job as priests Randy we
read in the nefesh a high and what's a
priest without a congregation yeah I
just I gotta say especially as somebody
who's come out of the nation's rabbi you
know the yetzer Hara
especially for those within the nations
of the world that have not had any
foundation you know it's very very hard
to change the nature as it comes across
or the way they've been brought up they
know not any better and a lot of times
they say to themselves you know only
this makes sense they don't in the
senses and only that makes sense and in
its it's like sadly some of them like
wolves only go back when they've had a
meal you know and and and they live in
the same rut over and over and over and
over for generations and millennia and
you know Hashem is a patient and
long-suffering and I just I just
listening to you say how hard it is for
a Jewish person to lose the Olam haba I
want you to please understand that
unless you've shined the light unless
you shine the light it's so hard for
those that are stuck in there yet sir
how are their animalistic tendencies to
even catch a glimpse you know I'm gonna
share quickly so we've got plenty of
time if we need to rub away unless you
unless you you got to go but you know
the other day my wife and I were cooking
dinner and we bought this new house
about 18 months ago and we've got a
short lawn and on the one side and we
got a lot of dog walkers that walk here
and you know what it's like in in in
North America a lot of people walk their
dogs and they love to go on our lawn and
you know so we you know I see this leash
and somebody's pulling this black haired
animal on a leash and and my wife's like
Darrin get out there and deal with it
right so you know I go I don't like okay
and I go there cuz you know chase him
off the lawn and I open the door and
wouldn't you know it it's on and harness
a tusk wearing swine right somebody walk
in a swine and the sun's coming from the
west and they're trying to drag this
poor swing that had to be a couple
hundred pounds with short little legs
they're like walking it like a dog and I
said honey you got to come out and see
this alright and they're trying to drag
this swine into the into the sunlight
and they you know there was one adult
who had had
leash on the thing and two children
there the first time they're saying
trying to explain they just walk in this
animal and I could tell what was wrong
immediately by the the swine did not
want to walk towards the sunlight it
could not see its natural aversion was
to goat for the shadowing even when they
were pulling it was going to the other
side of the street into the shadows of
the fences across the street from me and
I told them I said he's the only walking
in the shadows so the two young ones
walked right in front of the swine and
slowly walked backwards and the point of
the matter is that the swine followed in
the shadow and followed because the Sun
was shining behind them and it made all
the difference and so what's my analogy
and all this this factually happened but
the analogy is those are the 70 nations
some of us are just so lost in darkness
we don't know any better and especially
if we're stuck in certain religions that
you know pound a drumbeat like you think
we're still somewhere in primitive
sub-saharan you know and I hate to say
it some of us are like chimps in trees
but if the light shines and it's so
bright there are ways to buffer it and
you're doing a wonderful job and I want
to face it thank you so the word Torah
means light by the way but not only
instruction but aura all right
hora our instructions instructions are
you know of guiding path so it works out
perfectly and in Yiddish I say yes it
really mean sitting there in our Mac
dual right that Tory is called do right
now which means the light okay so let's
let's right now spend the next I guess
15-20 minutes on this piece of Torah we
call light and the Gomorrah basically is
bringing a verse a verse from
Deuteronomy chapter 23 verse 10 this is
the introduction to the brighter of
Rebbe pimples been a year and it's based
on 23 10:23 10 and I'll use 11 just to
give an example 22
it goes like this when it camp goes
against goes out against your enemies
you shall guard against anything evil in
the classes that I've taught I explain
like that huh here it means your enemies
your plural enemies you're more than one
you're the physical animate and you have
an internal enemy okay so when you're
going out against your intern internal
enemy as well okay
guard yourself against anything evil so
this is talking about your evil
inclination guard yourself against your
evil inclination and then it says in
verse 11 if there will be among you a
man who will not be clean because of the
nocturnal occurrence this is talking
about this like path of the Justice so
important what you see with your eyes
during the day is going to affect you at
night and in the possibility of having a
nocturnal emission so he should not go
outside the camp he shall not enter the
midst of the camp now just get some
spirituality and so spooky stuff the the
the commentators on this Gomorrah and
this piece this is why he's explaining
this is um actually it's what do we say
the night we're talking at the end of
life so you talk about stages of life
you talking about stages during the day
or you talk about you know at night
meaning the end what you do in this
world is going to affect you at night
what you do in this moment is going to
affect the next moment
okay so guard yourself now against evil
that's gonna be the verse but
interestingly enough it mentioned I'll
just read the the words of the actual
Gomorrah tunner of a nun so this is how
the bracelet uses our verse when the
camp goes out to war against your
enemies nish Marta guard yourself me
called davara against anything evil
shallow you hear her ah dumb beyond a
man should not have these called illicit
thoughts he shouldn't think certain
forbidden thoughts during the day we
avoid a cough lead a to miss Lyla that's
going to bring
this negative the negative forces at
night which is the not nocturnal
occurrence we all know what that means
well adults okay and then Robbie Pincus
been year goes through this whole list
so I'm going to share a piece from the
Ben Yoda and I hope to get through it we
started oh okay okay
so taurah brings one to ze route ze
route is being vigilant which is the
word that Rambam used at least if
someone wants to follow the Rambam and
be an or hide who is amongst the pious
he's going to be in this category of the
he wrote of this vigilant and then the
vigilant yes ah you're sure you carry
the diversion Maithili they uh Vera
what does that mean he should be careful
not to come close to something that will
bring him to sin make sense
Dinah Sheila Yale is a modern Russia he
shouldn't be friend someone who's evil
he shouldn't become friendly with
someone who's evil as in perky I vote
perky a vote in Chapter one I think it's
number seven Nitai are Bailey would say
distance yourself from a bad neighbor do
not cleave to a wicked person and do not
abandon belief in retribution meaning
those reward and Punishment so that's
how it begins also low a lake our
Petaquilla zona Pena Rena gift a no
nutria don't go to the door of a woman
who is let's say beyond immodest lest
you see her and become enticed your your
your evil inclination entices you zona
means a prostitute but it could mean any
woman who is let's say loose and it says
in Miculek chapter five verse eight
distance your way from her do not draw
near to the entrance of her house it's
deep
but that's just the beginning the Saint
Quixote busy Bashar Pavano so - or other
sins right there are let's just at least
seven right there seven sins by a so
distance yourself
what about Shri Zeus Shri Zeus is
alacrity she Murphy - ma Niklas lebay
zona if innocently innocently you went
into a house of ill-repute Olomouc
emotional lazy or people playing poker
meaning a place where what are they
called
late singh late samara jesters what do
you call people who don't take anything
serious or their appeal to any place
that people are sinning right yes Ariza
Lavrov be sure be alack be quick to run
out from there
you broke me now I read like you're
running away from a lion commotion otoño
like it says in querque a vote this is
in the fourth chapter the second Mishnah
then as I would say run to pursue a
minor mitzvah which i think is really
going to relate to what we're talking
about as well in terms of the additional
or seven-plus beyond the seven run to
pursue a minor mitzvah and flee from a
transgression a mitzvah brings another
Mitzvah and a transgression brings
another transgression the reward for
mitzvot is a mitzvah the reward for a
transgression is a transgression
sorry flizzy sir is she my handler
routes elude ever mitzvah the bruckman
are there so what you need to do is be
quick to run to do a mitzvah and to run
away from a sin okay what about an acute
this is called cleanliness meaning to
say Leo tanake men are Chicago's loop
reshoots I'm sorry that's go goes that
you should be cleaned from Chicago's are
not intentional but even unintentional
sins right acts is not acts not acts of
accidents but negligence let's say you
should have known better
okay be clean pre-shoot which we said
was absent
should Kurdish mana Dabra don't Melissa
separate yourself separate yourself or
abstinence separate yourself from
something that's similar to a sin now
this gets into this week's parsha kadosh
kadosh into usually holy Kadosh
literally means separate separate
yourself and the before she mister
should the Rambam explain that one
should separate themselves from even
that which is permissible in other words
I have in front of me a cake I made a
cake I can eat the whole thing because
it's kosher right it's got all kosher
ingredients but I shouldn't eat the
whole thing
I should abstain from eating 80% of this
cake right now I can only try it so even
that which is permissible a example is a
man and a woman just because it's
permissible you can imagine - so they're
married it's very nice but they spend
all day in the bedroom with no break
whatsoever this is not a healthy
situation in most cases ok so back to
the point here so Prius means to
separate yourself Peter Schmidt at Dover
had diamond list or something that's
similar to what's forbidden alpha P
Shaina us from Amish even if it's not
forbidden
Shh folks thought they had to there's
some aspect of what's permissible there
like it's written that one should
distance themselves from something
disgusting or anything similar to it
Tahoe or which is purity so this is the
purity of mind and the purity of heart
and fear of sin Sahara samay Chava the
hero lay the earth scale meaning yes I
read I read means like - like the word
her ad is is used for the ultra-orthodox
what it really means like the Quakers it
means to shake into quake so meaning you
should be her aid because 8 at all times
does used Isaiah and be shaken or
shocked
lest you come to sin so you should be
aware I hope you ain't roller hey look
but even if you don't see the sin in
front of you like a person who walks all
alone
night where his heart is pounding that
he's afraid he's gonna run into listing
which are robbers or a llevar an enemy
could Ducie Chicago shots mobile mucho
low this is where the partial condition
to you this is really much applicable
there the kedusha is you should either
sanctify yourself or let's say separate
yourself from that which is actually
permissible and therefore the cake
example really belongs here
another humility she starred there laggy
at the cat soccer on shelling out one
should try their best to reach the
extreme in terms of humility shift on
medium new safe another I'll another
shovel
he should constantly try to add more and
more humility to what he already it
reaches kasi dudes now this is where
beyond the seven hi new said over no sir
I love you
Chekov o shahi Votto Tyra I'll translate
what is this classy dude which is PT he
does something additional to what he's
obligated or what the Torah obligates
him in doing he is not obligated and he
does it anyway
that's called hussy do and this is why I
chose beyond seven because I want people
not to be afraid learn Torah don't take
on anything that you're not prepared or
have any knowledge of keep them seven
find out what the subcategory
subcategories are stick to that become
extremely righteous in that sense and
then don't be afraid to go beyond
provided you know that it's optional and
as opposed to thinking that you're
obligated and therefore would be fitted
for foot under the category of creating
your own religion and then what does
that bring you to kiss amazing as we
explained earlier what does that mean to
be able to revive others listen to his
words she used Killam a dragon Eliana
when his guevara hope that you reach
this high soup
level it's so exalted she'll know you
holla / la Flavio likley poet laho simi
shaman if I chose a shoe came a Knick
shava shava mason what you're then able
to do is to send souls to recover them
to bring them out from being oppressed
and they're considered like dead you'll
be able to revive other people but you
yourself have to go on through these
steps first the whom Messiah Oh Tom Kish
MOT me shop you revive them you give
them life as you bring them out from
there and that's how it ends okay so
what is it I wanted to share it to that
in my preparation for this introduction
anyway to the path of the just which we
didn't even really get into I kind of
highlighted that Brice at the end where
he claims this is where he got the ideas
from oh I do want to mention there are
going to be five major I don't call the
mrs. strategies there's a verse in maybe
that's a good word Deuteronomy chapter
10 verse 12 where it says I tell you
throughout Martian look fi on me at
mosque now o Israel what does god hashem
your god demand from anything that
applied to the jews is basically
applying to the priests of your
congregation okay and you're following
them in the principles okay you're not
gonna follow them in the details but
you're following them in the principles
so what does God say o Israel what is
your what is Hashem your God demand of
you demand came the year especially haha
other than to theory a shame your God
the lessee pickled the Rahab to walk in
all his ways Leah voto to love him will
avoid at the Shemin of half of a full of
avocado chica and to service him your
God with all your heart and all your
soul wish more at missus agenda at
Foucault table to observe the
commandments of a Shen and his decrees
the ROM cow who's the author of this
with this book is going to say from this
one
verse we come up with five principles
and here in this verse Moshe included
all the components of the complete and
perfect service that is pleasing to a
Shem and they are one fearing God
fearing a Shem
number two walking in his ways loving
God completeness of the heart shall a
missile a and the last thing is schmear
scholar Mitsu's observing all the
commandments will I mean all the
commands are applicable to you again not
every commandment is optical to every
single person a Cohen he has certain
misses a regular Jew has some misses so
to annul hide and non Jew observing
Judaism so whatever Commandments you
have you do with ze Ruth with vigilance
and hopefully it brings you to this
point in the Messiah shrine where you
can come to a high the highest level you
can possibly come to because that's what
we want from our congregants our
congregants should help uplift us what
kind of rabbi or I don't know whatever
you want to call leader tries to keep
his his congregants down that that's the
opposite of everything we know a
pastor's a leader he's guiding you if he
himself is growing he wants to see his
Congress grow with him and maybe even
surpass him why not
they'll be the best honor that any
teacher could ever have is that wow this
my student won the the global prize or
my student why you know became the
leader of you know thousands of people
whatever it is the CEO of their
organization
anyway so that's where I want to leave
it I hope this was inspirational I hope
this is just again laying the groundwork
we only like touched on certain parts of
the introduction to Mozilla to shari and
i'm just my notes if I covered
everything
probably not but
oh I do want to mention the word
Gomorrah I don't know I had to spout for
the first class of second class
maybe I'll just share it now the word
Gomorrah means to learn okay the word
Gomorrah is made up of four letters
gimel mem Rach olive we're taught that
when you're learning the more which we
call the Torres the light God's angels
are not just involved first so they're
all around you all the time but the word
Gomorrah actually stands for the the the
acronym the the first letter of each of
the four major angels Gavriel mkhaya
Raphael and Oreo when you are involved
in Torah learning you are surrounded by
God's screen about God's presence and he
sends his angels to assist you and so my
blessing is that you should find refer
you everyone should find a healthy way
to it's the word to guard their immune
system on a spiritual level against the
gate Sahara and at the same time build
up our immune system against the
negative Corona and put the crown of
Torah back to where it really belongs
and that's the 613 and the seven major
categories as we saw in the verse that
Rashi says that the Ten Commandments are
not Ten Commandments they are ten
general principles that involve all 613
so to the seven our seven general
categories that involve many many
details and continue to learn Wow Wow
that last last statement was just
profound and it's clear it's it's it's
insightful it's impactful let's face it
I hope that the B'nai knowing this
series and that they learn and grow and
that the light continues to shine and I
want to thank you personally yeah a
poster for for taking the time to review
we obviously use you you pen the notes
I've sat in some of these classes like
miss ELISA you sure I'm I've sat in
classes with other rabbis in the past
I've just I've had the honor and
and just in depth at how much time they
spend explaining each and of the points
that you touched on there's so much that
can unfurl from there that is is just
fruitful for living that you're
condensing so much for us that just
invites us beyond the seven and I love
how you talked about this world just
it's a four yeah it's just an entry
place but you really gave me some
guidance personally today I want you to
know that and but I like we talked
earlier before the class began I do have
an exam I got to take a test I got to
take next week and so those listening I
won't be able available to do this
broadcast next Saturday next same time
next week but rabbi posted you know a
sham willing if if you're also willing
in a couple of weeks perhaps we could we
could continue with part four if you're
up to it you know because I think I want
to thank you personally too because you
know the world know Heights Noi world
center the YouTube channel the English
Channel now bear in mind they have a
Russian and they have other languages as
well
our English Channel I've been trying to
work with them and help them grow you've
actually helped us go well over fifty
thousand plus minutes a month by doing
this series and I remember when we first
met I told you where we were at
generally you've you know you've helped
us go in extra you know taking it up a
good chunk and you know it means a lot
great work whatever I can do to help
because you have some fantastic teachers
you have great information and I think
you have probably you know if you have
thousands of followers III appreciate
all them and I commend all them I think
it's a it's an amazing thing to not have
been born in this to be living in a
world of Shecky in a world of illusion
and come out of it it takes a lot of
character to start with and if they came
through it only through logic that's
also great and if they came beyond that
si
we've been talking about I just said
that's even better and everyone's on the
journey wherever they're at is where
they're at and that's where they need to
be so I think that you're doing a
tremendous service to them to get them
to the next in the next level
a rabbi like I says I could never do it
without without you know the great
writings of the sages and and more than
that Hashem you know the rules at all in
the sense that you know I know what it's
like to have my life just beaten down it
seems at times and just almost feel
completely utterly crushed but you'll
learn the the fear of heaven and just
just you know the shims got it all under
control and I I yeah I just leave it at
that so um
rabbi thank you again for today's lesson
so folks we will not be here next week
tentatively we're gonna aim for two
weeks to be back with part four and I
want to thank you all for joining with
us so until then dan signing out with
Rabbi Aaron David Poston from Jerusalem
have a wonderful wonderful day
