Episode #22: More Than a Move - Embracing Out of town Culture vs. NYC Culture - Yiddish

Welcome to episode 22 topic. I think I'm going to stop saying because idea something that just happened recently but excuse me for you know saying I skip the topic. It is going to come up. But I did want to make one announcement as the request to join off the general chat. A lot of requests come in a day. So it could cause aggravation for people on the general chat blaming. I didn't want to go that direction. I was thinking if I should comment then in the general chat about it. I said I'll leave it for an episode yet. I'm going to call it the New York attitude. Nothing to do with a religion. Let's call it the New York attitude. There's the out of town ruig. Um nicer weather was there. Obviously not so congested mention so it's a different culture automatically automatically mentions people it's a whole different idea now coming from New York today it was personally I saw myself a big change and I still see that do the move and I see that and 6 months later that's my point a shift happens a change happens you're going through a boot camp was you're literally learning a new culture and I would say basic now one page happens to be a cousin of mine and he goes deep into it. So, and it was just funny and we were just laughing. We were laughing and we literally as we're coming from there. But being here already three years, it's so different. It's so different. Life is so different. So we had a laugh, but that this is a reality. He doesn't drive mention the Brooklyn Bridge. Is he shoulder driver the driver? So they Obviously, he's being sarcastic, but they're basically doing the pretty much on the same page, but still they didn't click. for the belt that would appreciate something like that. I'll just say one more. No, no, no. Was probably a kid or maybe a teenager. Escalator [Music] manion. It's fine. There's always something. So reading this I was laughing as such a thing could exist though. But you know in getting into the out of town it doesn't happen. Um, and my point is when when they come and you adapt to the culture, respect, just simple respect for another human being. And this is if it was worth eating the west just for this as mention and you could tell in a second just when I'm driving to a car that this is someone that's not from Arizona and this is someone from New York. And I'm always right. I'm always right. I'm backing up to go to to go to and all the car goes like zips behind me from Arizona. No way. Whatever did I do stop block in advance while I fine. I happen to be going after this car because somebody we it turns out we're going to the same place. But I'm like I'm sure I know who's in that car. someone from New York. We get there, we get to like a soy lanes and I go a little I go up. We were side by side. I roll down the window and hit the hit and I don't know. But I promise you I will help cut off a FedEx car. I promise you Arizona never saw this at all. And just on another note, a solidification is they go home after and we're stuck making up for these boo boos because Eden where the chosen nation so the best at all and we have boobs to put up with a lot of times long term is a short term and that's it. So I was thinking into that story. The mistake was left late. The damage is done. You left late, Mr. End the discussion. Oh, so wait. Nobody's going to make up for it cuz he's going to drive like it's a second thing you're doing wrong. It's a second. One apple was you left. You didn't manage your plan properly. Yeah, I'm sure it was in. No problem. That was it. It happened. It's not you left late. Second thing is now you're going to make this is what think about is that level for people that don't know when you move out you will actually see or you're planning on doing it you will see a shift in the respect for dimension for a human you're going to become more friendlier. And a note to the vacationers understand as in Andra New York it happens not to be the center of the world and the plat maybe be on the lookout a little bit when it comes to driving being friendly.
