He has since been discharged and is currently in custody at a London police station. Police have now released body cam video showing the moment they arrested this man. And yes, this has officially been declared a terrorist attack, not just a stabbing, a terror attack in the heart of Golders Green, one of the most recognizable Jewish neighborhoods in the entire world.
