so you have every single b or girl that is struggling right now with they have their own version of their story and how it's bothering them okay but that's where this takes a turn because I came to notice very clearly that what I did in that class is something that 30 kids exactly did as for why I'm feeling so guilty about hurting this person and I think that that's super important with every single person in their life with whatever they are struggling forgive your yourself be nice to yourself whatever it is that you're struggling if you're feeling you're know you need help you don't need be nice to yourself
