Rabbi Reuven Kigel - If You're Good, Your Teacher Gets Rewarded As Well!

um I uh I also have an award to present uh one of these leadership awards but before that I'm going to just uh say a brief word and uh really it's a it's a request of all of you right it says the following thing in in the talud it says the following thing it says uh if the student behaves themselves right the student does the right thing and goes to habah the next World then the the teacher the rabbi or the rabbitson also goes to the next World right what what an interesting thing if the student goes to the next World right the student does the right thing earns a good place in the next World then their teacher also goes to the next World so now why is that right does anyone have any ideas because oh you said cuz you're taught by them listen to what they say they say in the next World they'll say it's unfair right it's just it's unfair the student did such a good job when he's in the next World how can we not bring his teacher up we got to bring his teacher up too now the thing about EMT even though we do break up into individual groups I don't I don't know really know I attributed to our directors rabert craft rberg how how uh how they're able to pull this up but we have we have a 14 person staff and we work together as a team you know like of course some of us uh individually learn with each other but at the end of the day we're all a team together so remember when you guys this summer for the one month break we're giving you before we start the program again right the way you behave yourself does not only have a big impact on you but it has a big impact on all of us as well right because remember if you do the right things then you when you guys you know do the right things how can how can we uh we also get credit and so in a very humble but selfish way I want I want to ask all of you guys on behalf them and staff to continue growing this summer continue taking all the things you've learned and in this Fellowship it's been an amazing Fellowship continue all the beautiful things you saw in the shabbaton and continue to grow and continue to give over everything you learned to all people in your lives and you'll affect them right and then they'll affect others and then they'll affect others and then they'll affect others and really what'll happen is everyone in the entire universe will be affected and Hashem is the ultimate boss and the ultimate multi-level marketing scheme with Torah and Mitzvah everyone will get paid Hashem guarantees so that's my BR to all of us let's all continue to do the right thing
