EJSS - Young Adult Program

[Music] I spent a lot of my time with the young marrieds with the young adults and the Collegiates the beauty of the synagogue and part of Rabbi far's V vision is that the synagogue isn't just a place for the people that are here but it becomes the safety net for old Jews coming to manhatt so students in New York City they're looking for a hub they want a Manan they want a class they want a connection we provide that for them here I work primarily with the young singles and so we've really become the hotspot for young young singles and God willing many of them have and will in the future find each other as well and build families and we're here for the next phase of their lives as well in order to create families and find a home here on the Upper East Side it's a great way to bring different people together to foster a community in the city they step it up and make it a second home for a lot of people the tour Center has been very successful that we even had to add a couple's class in the summer with Rabbi fari we switched off every week in people's houses we had had 20 to 30 couples each week it was very successful throughout the summer and we hope to carry it out in the winter maybe have a couple that out once a month we learned so much [Music]
