know how many months when did you first introduce yourself to the JMA I mean that probably by a year ago is it right yeah my gosh I'm good small story time does fly by the way we're on Facebook live which is possible not always probable but certainly possible anyways that's there and everyone should join endeavour one should share the video if you don't mind anyway so a time frail it's the first time and this may be surprising to some is the first time we're meeting in person and you're here in our New York City Studios usually spending your time in London I guess yes but it's very nice I says driving down passing Times Square in the morning neo traffic yeah well yeah I see the Sun coming up well nice welcome to the only time you'll have no traffic in the hype Square area and and and the bulk of your musical experience in London as far as I if my information is correct is that you're you're participating a lot of weddings yes that is cursing a lot of weddings and and making everybody happy over there it's the best job in the world but uh that's kind of why I'm here because basically it's very last-minute trip you know II spoke about a week ago today that I'm coming and it's very interesting because I thought I'm working on your music now and everyone here is working on the music and I'm stuck in London I'm thinking okay I want to be part of the action there I want to see how it happens because a lot of people don't get to see how the songs are composed what do you mean that it's that it's being worked on here so we have a al it's very good question we have a load of composers who are taking my concepts which I'll go back to the beginning go back to getting I'm literally looking at creating another album row and we have loads of composers working on these concepts which I'm getting much more involved in that I did last time hmm so I have ideas I have definitely ideas of songs and I put it to different composers not all here I give it you know karma that song we just played that was written by our eagle dragon he's worked on a few songs he's doing for me now so he's in Israel although he was just here but he so I've given him to the song to the composers to work on these songs and I want to be part of the action I want to I want to see how they do I want to see their inspirations behind it so I thought you know what this is the first week since I got married about two months ago Mazel Tov thank you thank you says the first week since then I've got nothing on this week so I thought you know what everything happens for a reason I'm getting on a plane booked the plane and came here even though there were snow storms right we know and my plane wasn't cancelled a lot of people's were and I got here and I just literally non-stop I thought I have time to walk around a honey so you're working with people like who like give me some names that we'd be familiar with at Burke Levine I was with I was with last night I was with Elie Schwab until I think 12 o'clock literally we started a sixth in the 16 often evening and literally to 12 o'clock it was amazing and these guys are writing songs that are now I assume perfecting the songs with you literally but what I today what's amazing is these people you know I've seen I came I saw Hoshi Weinberger was surly Maya the producer and III who else I say I saw Burke Shalom right I saw I'm going to see a woman soon today we're going to the studio to jam a bit it's a nice and with all these people I'm just trying to make sure that you're similar I'm not forgetting anyone and so all these people are certain like normal nice you know it just is it's beautiful to be in their homes you go to their homes you know you don't generally go to studios you go to their homes you see they're there they're like nice Hainish people right good families you know you the kids walk in screaming okay good you know yes I was a Teddy Schwab his kids are adorable right he involves them in the music this is the cutest thing he asked him their opinions he gets them to sing with it's a beautiful thing you know it's just a seat just to see the fairies and see where the music comes from I'm loving it I said I said Burke Levine I said I said specifically about Burke I said if he he's a man with soul and his music God so that's it and that's a that's what he puts into his music it was really beautiful we had a very good time together a time Fralick is here JM and the a.m. as we has we welcome him in from London on this Thursday morning that you're in what area of London hemmed in there's a composer and a singer I loved it it was a singer I think before a composer yeah for those of us who remember back to Miami Boys Choir but you look too young to remember those days of our ago I grew up I grew up I didn't Valerie but I grew up with my auntie okay I definitely better his ear I think you probably know all right give me another one to play off of this album as we continue to plow through some late on frailest music your name is the question I'm thinking I know it's slow but I think we should do a test I am who wrote this this is you're too old now it was it was sent to me I did not take it straight away sorry sorry I didn't but I I didn't take a straight away and I really regretted it and I remember Ivy had to work very hard to get that song back so interesting all the world that's not even a joke and and how did that all begin how did that whole all start so basically as a kid I'd listen to people like you I listen to the radio I even in London even in London and I would I would listen to all the CDs Miami it's so nice child Shelley's just came out they develop them real nostalgia they're right they were they were in that chair Monday yeah I saw I saw and so so I would listen to lots and lots of music and it's funny because I spoke to baroque as a kid I was about 12 years old I spoke to Brock Levine once and we were just talking about that today I mean yesterday when I saw him how how that happened how how everything's developed and I would sing and he did encouraged me and I would sing as a as a kid at sheva brachot you know small things everything and it's 30 slowly I I you know did more and more and then I stopped I went to yeshiva completely stopped didn't sing at all and Eve I took a complete break and when I got back I slowly started again and it was actually your sea-green very very very supportive he saw some videos on YouTube and we spoke a bit we reached out and we spoke and he said do an album you've got to do an album he said but you need a producer and at that time I didn't quite know what a producer was what what does it produce to do I still don't know I'm taking I think it's really a V I'm just shaking and and so so I basically went to Alvey and we worked really well together I liked his style cuz everyone's got their own style and yeah we came up with this album and since their album I had a lot of time there I wasn't performing every night then but now since the album's come out it's harder to do the second album because you're so busy from the first so it's but it's an amazing thing you can't complain it's it's brilliant and the other you mentioned is RV Newmark of course who's officially producer of the of the album that we've been playing here entitled army strong high eight on Fralick us here in studio at JM in the a.m. and that album got done it must have been a tremendous real sense of relief a tremendous feeling actually get it out there is amazing that there's no feeling like releasing and alright no feeling and and then of course as you said things start picking up and more and more people are uh Pat now has there been first of all I'm flattered that you are among the people who listens to me over there anybody else tuned in to resist yeah what about it well what about people here have they expressed an interest in bringing you in for their wedding I get a lot of emails a lot of emails yeah so basically what we try and do is when when I do come here I'm coming here more times to see it working so we're trying to organize things to do I guess people like British people yeah that is it and how was your wedding how was the music at your wedding two months ago it's a good question it's a very good cuz I had a lot of pressure almost expect a masterpiece there that was very nice I basically wanted it like a family onstage so I had a lot of my bands my own band there and it was really nice because you feel like your brothers are on stage basically and they're performing to sell fast awesome McCullough's most an important thing and they did such a good job I got Amir under there okay from Israel I had another singer from Manchester but look came it's just it was really nice a lot of singers very nice alright a lot of people and and a big celebration you did you did sing for your car loans at a a funny story this one this one makes it full of I basically I sunk my car died hunker down the oil and we had a video so I put it up on YouTube right right and so I got a message from someone who didn't know yeah and it started like this it said I've just watched your video of you singing your cut it down the aisle really liked it my grandson's getting married in a few months and I thought she was gonna say everyone with dinner she's nope I saw your mother's dress I really like that oh maybe I could bite off her Oh buddy you see you never know I left it with my team net and do the negotiations you never know what people are looking at when they where's Louie herrschaft is very helpful in this album and he came in to our sleep performed and left I went to New York straight away literally yeah we and then I recorded this song there so that's where a singl came from and then that yeah that was that that was that trip very successful a timeframe of series visiting us from across the pond as we talk about his album which is entitled by mr. all hi we have a bunch of requests for the title tracks all get to assume maybe next and the brand new single the musics available we're at this point yeah it's available everywhere iTunes my favorite google play amazon mostly music negan just search really yeah literally where do people buy your heart CDs in London or the still stores in London a few is the bookstores there's like six or seven how many kosher restaurants there in London okay no one streets got about 25 honestly it's gonna learn what's the name of Street friends Street Golders Green that whole 125 a it's got loads some good some bad it might be good for at least a week there is yeah and you got one in town it's pretty decent as well called Ruben it's very good what does I mean one in town there's one in town so you're going to town the centre of London ah and then there's one like very good one it's been a few years now we have this dream I may have mentioned this to you early on we have this dream of broadcasting for a week from London if that's ever gonna happen you get you'll get me and showing me that I mean just like a guy now Edgerton is always there yeah yeah me and him that's not a bad idea actually we're a good Giro guys for a wedding the great Taylor I saw him recently I remember where but yeah he's wonderful guys well ok and I was 10 years old or something when he started and I would sing with him at Hooper's and he come around to the house need to rehearse with me and he said Eitan you need to do this you really need to do this and when I came out with the album he's one of the first people to the store or to the shop as I would say to to go and buy send me a picture he's so happy he's a brilliant guy really honestly are you two now the two biggest names in Jewish music in London we love it let's say we did we jam together a lot he's very good any other names I should know balance London that's basically who you are so I can Alvin what about him bomb with nothing goes on there yeah is that kosher Hotel still there I think so I was there years ago honey I met my wife there chilli yeah yeah one of the singles weekend yeah no no no no is Abu Mitzvah a few years ago so I met her there and that's when she saw me I was singing there she saw me and then since then we've been friends and then there you go that's all area didn't expect that to do anything to come from voice I didn't expect you to react to by a knowledge of bomba but we always we always had a good time with that conversation because there's always a comparison between that hotel and the Catskills Hotel ear right in the New York area so I was asked about that and I believe if I'm not mistaken I believe what ohad gets to London each poem I think it's there I think a he goes to Bowie does it like revives right Oh someone takes over oh honey he's not a guy who's manages very well like we go very well yeah good people yeah very yeah we like working with them but an inn that's the thing I'm sure at least you I mean I went I think nine times last year which is quite close the flight from London to Israel's how long four or five hours it is for fun yeah yeah yeah yeah I thought it was even less than well no the room as much as I wanted to because right now I've been out the whole time but honestly they've treated me amazingly yeah yeah I guess your reputation precedes you I bet every time I go there they know me now they say welcome back sir how's my hair connects in there we'll make sure to note that you got a workout that America a better know people are not disappointed if you don't have an I'm the rushing it's gonna be what I want it to be you know let's ease now January you think you'll be out by pacer sometimes unrealistic because every time you saw my sing it gives a deadline day it never happens so before the summer maybe I hope so I hope so but I don't know it really has to get what the right songs got to come and that's it I'm gonna have to wait and have to wait cuz this is now my second album it needs to be right I've learned I've learned a lot and I want it to be exactly what I want it to be we should wrap up with which selection as we say goodbye this warning it's a
