[Music] guys you got to check it out I'm here with Nim from cookie corner I'm sure you guys know the Famous Brand in Lakewood just opened up one in Brooklyn opening soon right soon um and most people don't know that they have a all year round glutenfree facility in Lakewood different place different Warehouse called twisty and we it's called what twisty twisty by the cookie corner it's like the cookie corner with a Twist because it doesn't have gluten and we're making a completely separate place so it's never any cross contamination anybody is concerned it's always safe and we sell it usually in the cookie corner and online and online we ship Nationwide and just before pesak we cash the place and we make uh Kos PES why do you need to Casher if it's glutenfree all year around so we cash her actually from kitus because weuse rice flour and corn starch year round Theus which is the he over here treats it basically like regular so first we had to empty everything out including the Kalin we had a whole cleaning crew come here and clean up when they were done the mjia came with a cleaning crew started cleaning up again and then cased the place they were very very strict with that even know it's just get and then right after PM we start everything K PES until PES we do just p a full menu 17 items what are they doing over here what's this uh over here it's little uh car shells they're for uh pcan and for Apple uh custard and for apple cranberry wow everything everything from scratch everything from scratch when you buy things to PESA it's usually very very commercial so when we have to do over here is always try to find things that we can make completely from scratch so over here we make the tarto we use this machine to make our own Tarts and after we finish the Tarts we shave the edges till we get a nice clean tart this is something that you don't find for pesak something that is this strong usually these things crumble up for pesak this is a beautiful dough it could almost pass year round as W what is the B it's with the regular stuff but we just make sure that we put like good time and effort into each item to make sure that it comes out perfect it's not like wow what's this and this over here we have eckers coming out eckar is also something that's very hard to get right for PES took many many trial and errors until we finally got the perfect eckers that we could sell that will pass as a good item year round that we don't have to like compromise just for PES and because it's PES everything needs to be uh freezer friendly because people everybody needs to get the stuff before and freeze it what are they making over here I see this crumbs looks delicious M looks I know but this is the mixberry um apple tart a pretty popular item this year wow check it out guys you're not going to believe it he gave the taste on of these you're not going to believe it taste otherwise would not know the difference right this is over here we have uh the Tarts the lemon and the chocolate we have the cake clets we have sora's cake jar chocolate chip cookie double chocolate cookie we have chocolate mousse we have um apple tarts pean Tarts apple berry Tarts uh carrot muffins we have strawberry shortcake jar over here we have our big cakes the pine the strawberry and the Boston cream roling fine how does it work if somebody wants to order your stuff where can they order your stuff you could order it online each twisted and we ship Nationwide can you spell it e a t t w i s t y.com e twist.com or they can call our store 848 24553 3 and we ship Nationwide and we deliver locally
