what is so special about this place over here so let me tell you what's special about it for years I live in America for almost 10 years trying to find a place to feel like Israel I moved here officially 5 years ago I used to go to this guy Orin he has a store restaurant in muda called yeah yeah he's such a special person and he has no I'm not he's the special oh you want to hear something his name is or Sasson Alf my name is Elo Al that's why we get along wow so now we are making you a special dish so what's this potatoes this is Mash Indian mash potato mash potatoes this is brisket that H long cooked with the stout beer this is a sad cooked with special herbs this is CIS short is burned out with only only only pepper and salt that's all this is Chick meat that boiled with the chuma pepper a little bit spicy One of a Kind One of a Kind melt it in your mouth here we have special Tan in the tan you have five different kinds of flavor so we put all those five kinds of flavor inside and we have vegetarian for the vegetarian Vegas people that we love so much we have a special dish it comes with lentils sweet mash potato onion mushrooms cooked and don't forget it's not less than aous meat that you eat this is the same we put this inside we take the chicken because men we are in Israel we love chicken so we take chicken with sat sauce sat sauce is peanut butter Ginger not regular Ginger not flavor not Ginger quality Ginger we put it inside now we have special chimichuri that comes from Israeli Special by PL for you to choose you have one spoon on the top spread it like this 1 2 3 four it's looking amazing and you know it's all you have roasted garlic on top creamed roasted Brown Onion now before I close it I have to tell you if you see I without gloves why the dough is special door if I'm putting glov it's going to ruin our door if I'm going to put it in the oven it's going to R so what I'm doing each time 25 times a minute I'm coming for you I have soap in the up to 14 people you have your own speaker you can choose your own music you have your own TV if you want to play anything if you have meetings gous one second talk about the design well the Des you have no idea how many months I worked here myself to build this place so it could be different we had enough we want to see something else we want to see Jerusalem so we brought the bricks of Jerusalem all the way from Israel to the restaurant in th River same with the lights we just want to give them a nice environment we have the wood beams up there and obviously you have your private bathroom for the VIP hand wash TV music so everybody wants to know when are you officially opening to the public well we're going to be soft opening cuz this is crazy we're going to be soft opening until we actually build everything all the way so we can serve you better somebody wants to come tomorrow you can come we don't commit to anything if the door is open you can come in we're going to serve you and if we're not able we have too many people then we're going to have to lock the door and don't just forgive us yeah one more thing before you go I want to show you something very special that I thought about from my own experience every time I go to a restaurant with my friends we sitting and then the waiter comes it's becoming a long conversation of who do you want who who order what and then we get the bill we have to split you going to zel me you're going to quick pay me I'll take my credit card take 20 credit cards no more guys each Tac offer a VIP room with a your own kiosk this kosk you come here you make your order you go sit on the table and then your friend comes in place his order you pay for your thing he pays for his order and you're good to go we wa for you let's
