guys I gotta show you I'm here with Modi Pascal he is uh the owner MP lighting and he wants to show us off a beautiful job that he did in the house the reason why I met him is because I feel it's very important I myself um have customers that are purchasing houses from like houses and Toms River Jackson even Lakewood they were built in the 1990s where they had very little lighting old-fashioned lighting and instead of redoing the whole house and running from Home Depot or to a lighting store to electrician and being busy all the time I met this guy Morty and he actually does he's a he's like three or four within one right yeah we do everything we do everything so I mean from from selecting choosing purchasing installing everything everything let me show you first of all take a look at this soffit lighting over here we did the spotlights over here we do outdoor lighting too natural Cinder lighting we do a lot more we help you pick out fixtures we install the fixtures we can purchase the fixtures for you we can put in a smart doorbell we can do an illuminated address sign and it doesn't end there we haven't even gotten inside yet let's take a look over here this room used to have one fixture to light up the whole room really but as you can tell now once we got involved there's a lot more oh yeah we incorporated the living room into the hallway seamlessly having it two rooms while still having it on two separate switches so over here we have a switch this is what came with the house the problem is this is a very annoying spot we wanted to add a new Switch without doing too much work so check this out to you this might look like a regular switch however take a look at this this is actually a remote it is wirelessly connected to that and you can shut the lights off from here shutting off only the living room without the dining room great idea you sit on the couch you're lazy to stand up to close the lights or to open the lights you can just have it on the couch and you don't have to do it only from here on the couch you can pull out your phone and use the smart app there is a smart app where you can control the lights and you can even set a schedule now come here let me show you here this is a bathroom let me show you some other stuff we do besides for the island besides for the pendant over the sink and the spotlight there used to be a plug here we took that outlet and we moved it over here and eliminated this one making the room look much nicer next let's move on to the kitchen first thing you'll notice in the kitchen is we did 16 spotlights over here this is a very Federal Form those were foreign spotlights those are more decorative and fancier these are simpler and more functional and just work better in a kitchen in addition the coloring of the light is different we helped you with the coloring of the light you don't even have to worry about that yeah definitely sometimes very complicated it's more blue more white more yellow there's many different colors of lighting some people don't even know them the average store will sell four or five different colors and over here this may look a little different with the lights off because this is not actually a modern Spotlight this is the existing this room had existing spotlights but it was the old-fashioned type so check this out this replaces the bulb with a new updated modern piece and when turned on it looks exactly like a modern Spotlight saving you a ton of money I love the fixtures I guess they also helped choosing the fixtures yes these are some beautiful fixtures this is from a company called modern forms they make beautiful stuff so you sit down with a client and you can show them all the kind of pictures you have a computer with you and show you every picture I know every fixture on the market and together we will make this place look beautiful amazing what's doing with under cabinet lighting above can you also do that yes we do over here we did not do it but we've done in many houses both under cabinet lighting and over cabinet lighting we do it seamless with the switch on the wall no damage you have perfected the method of doing Under and Over cabinet lighting in existing houses next I would love to show you the dining room because here in the dining room we did something very unique before we actually did the room we did a 3D rendering we did a 3D rendering to see what the room will look like so if you come here for a second this is what the room is going to look like before it was even built oh wow now let's take a look
