looked into Lake with how well first of all how was your experience then well I had the best real in town you know so the experience of very smooth anyways the reason why I'm here right now is because it's unbelievable to see he started off with um doing he's still doing it with basement and atcts doing an amazing amazing job corre two teams we have a team that focus on basement addicts and we're still doing that b and then we have a team that we're doing what you see we're building houses we're doing extensions building duplexes now Lakewood you do duplexes as well correct so a lot of people ask me who is a good Builder personalized build I you know affordable and quick and knows what he's doing when it comes to ground up building a house from scratch so so let me take you in let me show you what's going on and let me explain to you what we focus on first of all I love to see on a green stick how many vendors and how many people are on site over here how does it work iic mention there's never a day where we don't have at least one vendor usually three or four vendors every single day again obviously we don't one vendor is knocking into other vendor so it has to be in different parts of the house but every single day there's going to be a vendor and that is the reason how we are able to achieve our so let me ask you why is a attack like but development it takes much longer and over here I mean I hear that it took you like took you like a few weeks to put up this whole structure and everything so first let me take you through what we focus on we focus on um custom houses dreams we want us to build you this we want us we should build you that without foundations foundations up took us three four weeks whole thing you built in two three I would say three to four weeks we put up the framing we put in the windows we put up the roof staircases in h is going in right now and today we plan to sh this place in mid sh in 3 weeks there the plan wow so when me ask you a question why does it take so long for most houses especially developments could take sometimes up to a year two three if you you you did this in three four weeks you you should be done in four months first of all I didn't include the foundation but uh um the reason why houses developments take so long is because there's a lot of approvals involved there's utilities you depended on site work and over here this was there was a house existing over here so we this house was demoed and we oh this was an existing house this was an existing house we actually didn't do the demolition but we came in when the customer wanted this house to go up craft style what does craft Style mean craft style means that customer service stress free no stress in the customer we take all the stress on us we deal with all vendors we even help them with design second thing is speed we work fast you know you know that we do atcts in 3 weeks we finish basements in six weeks extensions we did an extension not far from you um where you involv we did it I think it took us like 8 weeks full extension till Co and now we're doing this in houses wow and the third thing that we focus on the price is we try to get the customers the best prices possible we work very very hard on that that everything should be affordable you know since Co everything not just construction all Industries everything cost so much we focus on prices to be able to get our customers the best prices possible and a price is a price if we come in in a certain price we are going to hold our Bend State and we are going to stick to that number Val let me ask you one more question yeah would you recommend a person that who buys an oldo house and he wants to put in let's say nice amount of nice amount of money do you recommend you should just shake sh over the whole house and building it from scratch or you should rather redo and just every end being cosing probably almost the same so it so every house is different it depends on um what the customer wants to achieve in the house and Depends also on what is budgeted in the house but I always I I think knocking down house and building your dream and take a look at this you you could never do this by just doing an extension or so one second well this you did you did do um no this we knock down oh you KN knock down this whole house the house this is not a god this is a brand new house everything from scratch foundations from scratch framing from scratch this thing is a brand new house H yes F I get the question um okay I guess there's no answer for this because it
