Early Intervention Saves Families

We have seen tremendous change not just in Amudim but in the entire field overall. In the earlier days specifically regarding victims of sexual abuse as well as those with substance abuse issues. We would get calls a long time after the families found out about whatever their loved ones were going through. Now we're getting calls much quicker. So people that are finding out that their child was abused are contacting us almost immediately. or when people are realizing that their loved one is struggling with substances or other mental health crisis, they're actually calling much quicker. So, that's also been a tremendous benefit to the community and to the world at large because as opposed to people keeping things bottled up, they're actually reaching out much earlier.
