Before Buying Property in Israel, Do This First

If you're thinking about buying real estate in Israel, I actually want you to stop looking at apartments. Because that's usually where everybody starts. You open up Yad 2, Janglo, you call a broker, you start looking at kitchens, balconies, and views. But I think that's backwards. Before we look at one apartment, I want to know the following. Why are you buying? Are you actually moving here? When? Is this an investment? Is it something you're only going to use for a few weeks out of the year? How old are your kids? What kind of community do you need? Because an amazing apartment in the wrong neighborhood, bought for the wrong reason, is still the wrong purchase. That's one of the biggest ideas behind Circle.
