what's up people it is the holiday of circus and it's the time of our happiness and it is freezing so I'm going to go back inside since it's freezing I felt it was the perfect year to remind you of the beauty of the Mitzvah of suus that you can come into it with a deeper appreciation you see the Suka is meant to be a temporary structure and the rabbis went to Great Lengths to make sure that every single Suka is a temporary structure and I have a pretty simple question why what's so important about it being this temporary almost flimsy structure and how does that add to our time of happiness you you know a lot of us go through life with our luxuries and our fancy houses and very often we get very comfortable in the material things and it can become easy to forget where our real security and protection comes from and when we leave our luxuries and we leave the comfort of our home we go out into the sule we tell Hashem Hashem no matter how cold it gets no matter how crazy life gets I trust you and I know my protection only comes from you when we come to appreciate that the Su suddenly becomes that Embrace from Hashem because when we live life surrounded by him we put our trust in him then we can come to a place of true happiness
