so in regards of the addiction process um recovery from addiction it's very important and it's one of the first steps otherwise do guys go reaching out for the help you're going to have the you're going to have the right guidance what is the next step what you need to do this is this is the first step you need to do the awareness is obviously always the first step but the next step the first step of action yeah would be to reach out to someone that is a professional that knows what they're doing and and reach out for the help on that regarding bad habits oh yeah you don't need to go to a group and check in hi I'm oi and I am an alcohol addict alcoholic whatever but um I would totally recommend you healing
