any any addiction the men the stressful plots um and and they're isolated they feel alone they they they they feel hopeless towards the Z that they're stressed about whatever emotional Cyclone they're on and um and they they meet something that makes them feel good oh wow that releases so much dopamine and and spikes it so high yeah and brain just associate as the way out is days right so the next time even if it's not an addiction yet Imo
