Deal Learning Program

[Music] the program started about 9 years ago the idea was just to make an Avenue for people to learn we had a bunch of harau different places and deal different shols and thank God it flourished we now have over 150 guys learning every single day regular work men come and make tat real part of their lives many people have told me over the past few years that they felt that they were just going through the emotions in their life and it wasn't until they joined the deal learning program that they really felt a new sense of purpose in life knowing that you have something to ground you is a huge plus and huge push to get through your day and to keep going and going and going it has completely changed my morning it has completely Chang the way I go about my day and it's been incredible the Isaac ha and deal learning program is breath of fresh air for any Community but specifically the deal Community it's Reviving The Town that's for sure it changed the way I think change the way I act I strongly support the deal learning program great support great leadership having that a part of my life every single day gives me purpose one of the fellows told me a day I don't learn a day I'm disconnected and after I close my book I feel supercharged and nuclear there's a tremendous AK a tremendous cohesiveness and closest and unity between everyone that give you a lot of to see the sh advancing you come to deal SCH at 6:00 in the morning there's over a 100 guys learning then you go to Larchwood you see the Manan is packed and then you have a group of 30 guys downstairs in the basement learning passionately no one's coming cuz they feel forced and they're coming cuz they want to be here having a daily tour center it's not a luxury it's a necessity over the past 9 years I've seen people get married I've seen families start families grow and center the lives around Toran we started a program on Shabbat and we have 6070 guys every Shabbat coming learning praying it's tremendous atmosphere guys learning you know g a full range of uh different topics we employ over 35 rabbis who teach throughout the week and on Shabbat you can be set up with someone that could teach you a topic that you're interested in and on your level Rabbi Sultan has really dedicated himself to matching people up to finding the right connections and as a result people are growing by leaps and Bows the group of rabbis they're so dedic at the time and the effort that they need to put in to prepare for us day in and day out is extraordinary everybody should support the program first and foremost by joining it secondly they have a big budget it's only growing as they have more and more people studying they need the money to continue as on Shabbat has grown so much that we needed to purchase a place to continue the growth we're buying a property on westword Avenue in Long Branch and we're going to keep expanding our goal is to raise half a million dollars with uninhibited with no speed bumps and no issues all we need is a little bit more support we need to make sure that learn doesn't stop we need our community to step up and support it it is something incredible it's been a great help to me and a great help to the entire community and hopefully they'll grow and expand and do a lot of more things to come four locations seven days a week we need your help any uh amount of money that you can give and lend a hand to support this institution is the supporting of the Torah you will be blessed with the [Music]
