today is day number 36 of our daily
study ramam save as mentioned yesterday
we're not actually studying say for
Mitzvahs today and the reason is because
the way we study Cyrus I've mentioned
this many times we don't go in order of
the 613 Commandments what we do is we
study the Mitzvah or Mitzvahs that
correspond to whatever subject matter is
being studied currently in the three
chapters a day of mishnata and in the
three chapters of Dev mishna Tota we're
actually not studying any halachas any
any laws right now what we're doing is
reading their rambam's version of The
Sitter of the prayer book there are
different uh versions a version of
prayer is called a nusak there are
different
and we're going through the version that
the the rambam received and uh it's sort
of like governing it's like a Second
Avenue
along with the davening the udavan when
you actually dive in so when you're
learning Graham today it's almost like
you get the Daven uh twice
um so it's not very possible to
convey in a in a synopsis the content
because it's the words of prayer but
I'll just tell you which prayers uh some
of the prayers that are covered today
today and we're going to be doing this
for another day as well uh that Adam
goes through the schmidasana the 18
blessing prayer that that's often
referred to as the amida the standing
prayer which is said recited standing
and is the central prayer of all the
three daily prayer services
um as well as the fourth prayer the
musaf on a on a holiday and Shabbos and
uh the new moon as well as the the fifth
prayer and named Kipper when we have
five prayers so the ramen goes through
all the different versions of the of the
schmidasra the 18 blessing prayer
through all the year all the different
the versions depending on which holidays
and which occasions as well as the ramen
goes through the the text of the kaddish
and also the penitential prayers the
confessional prayers including the
confessions that are recited on Yom
Kippur on the day of atonement
so again I encourage you to look into
the actual text and when you do that
you'll be studying the exact same text
being studied by those all over the
world who are studying right now the
three chapters a day of mishna Toyota
and God willing will be doing this again
for one more day the rambams davening
we'll see you again tomorrow God willing
