Day 3 Chanukah Kavana with Harav Yussie Zakutinsky

Everybody, this is the third night of this is the first night where the increased candles are actually more than the original one. Right? The original one was one candle and now you have two extra candles where the increased is actually more than the original. Something to think about with that is is that when a person increases in their hashem when you do more you do more than necessary than more than you necessarily had to more than you're accustomed to. So there's a certain greatness in that addition even more than maybe the way you started because when the sees a Jew pushing harder and adding more that is an indicate that's an indicator of what the Jew holds the most dear that nephesh that self-sacrifice that's something that the prides himself in it's one thing to to do what you have to do but when you increase and you go beyond necessarily what you have have to do that shows that shows dedication that shows purpose that shows that shows devotion that shows what you truly care about and to a certain degree takes pride in that even more than the the standard of of what a person had to do. So tonight is the first night of where the increased is actually greater than the original because that devotion and that nephish that we're showing in of increasing to a certain degree is more precious to Hashem than anything else because that that's an indicator of where our hearts are. So, one of the things to think about is that as we as we increase the land, the the candles tonight in a way that's in a way that's more than the original, we have to remind ourselves that this is an indicator of what we live for, what we're passionate about, of what our main purpose of life is. And with that added level of intensity, the will be will be will take pride in that, maybe even more so than ever before.
