it is day number 181 of our daily study of RA and in the three chapters a day study track of mish We are continuing PES the laws of the Passover sacrifice chapter 6 7 and 8 um we have to today 1 2 3 4 five six seven mites all negative prohibitions related to the Corb PES negative commandment 125 is the probation against eating the pesak offering boiled or underdone you know like they call it rare um the Corbin PES has to be well remember yesterday we mentioned it remember how it has to be prepared roasted right roasted means for those who are not familiar with cooking terms roasted means over fire as opposed to boiled means cooked with water um so boiled no good roasted over fire is good all right negative commandment 12 23 is prob removing the PES offering from its designated location taking it out of the house remember the first time they did this Mitzvah was in Egypt they were in the house that night because uh the the 10th plague the slaughtering of the first born so they uh couldn't leave the house but that's part of the mitah that not that you can't leave the house but that you can't take the corbon PES of meat out of the house you have to eat it in the house that's how it's done and by the way I'll permit myself 15 seconds of htics over here K PES was the first Mitzvah that the Jewish people did and the first Mitzvah you see where was it done in the house what is this teach you that the foundation of the Jewish people is in the house and even later when they had the temple in Egypt they didn't have a a temple yet but even later when they had the temple yeah they slaughtered the sacrifice in the temple but the mitz of eating it was in the house shows you the centrality of the home in Jewish life negative commandment 128 is the probation against an apostate okay that's the that's the technical term um what does that mean that means a Jew who God forbid converted to another religion um so he's not allowed to partake in the carbon PES the scripture refers to it as as a Ben Nar a uh somebody who estranges himself from his people so uh he's not allowed to eat from the Corbin PES all right negative commandment 126 this is the prohibition against a non-jew eating from the cor p and this is even including a non-jew who has adopted the seven noahide laws and worships the one true God uh he's a very fine person he can even become a GTO a resident in the holy land during the times of the B mikdash but he cannot eat from the Corb PES that is something that only the Jewish people do Okay negative commandment 127 is the probation against an uncircumcised male eating from the Corbin pesak remember back in Egypt they all got circumcised before the Corbin PES so an uncircumcised male cannot eat from the Corb PES and that's even if let's say he's uncircumcised by no fault of his own let's say uh hemophilia God forbid runs in his family and he's it would be a risk for his life to get a circumcision so he he hasn't had a circumcision so it's not really his fault but he can't eat from the corbon PES Okay negative commandment 121 is the probation against breaking a bone of the corbon PES you got to be careful you can't just grab it and break it you got to be delicate with it when you eat it negative commandment 122 is a prob breaking a bone of the Corb PES sheni remember that we learned about that the other day the second Passover offering so that's a separate uh Mitzvah separate prohibition against breaking a bone from the second Passover offering okay those are our mites today like I said all prohibitions today and we're going to continue got willing tomorrow with more Corb PES I think tomorrow is the end of Corbin PES and the beginning also of a new set of hakas as well we'll see you then God willing
