[Music] welcome welcome welcome to day number 11 of the 14 day passive income challenge i can't believe we're holding a day 11 and today we're going to start to discuss the manage element of the alm passive income model which stands for attract leverage and manage today we're going to discuss number one of the manage element of the passive income model stay tuned let's do this together when managing your passive income plan one of the things that people get so frustrated with is this should be passive income so how in the world am i supposed to manage my passive income plan if this is passive income after all i don't want you to get another job this shouldn't be another job this should be something that comes in passively i don't want that to be active so that's why i want to introduce you the concept of manage the managers which basically means i'm not going to say that you should completely not look at your passive income plans i'm not going to say that you should not completely not monitor your team when it comes to passive income but i will say is you should do as much as possible to manage the managers to make sure the managers understand that you're looking and sometimes even you don't have to look too much but you look and you find some questions hidden there that you can discuss show them that you're interested show them that you see when something is going right show them that you could potentially see when something is not going right they should know that you're not passive you should know that you're passive but they should think that you're active you have to act like it's your business it's your life and it is your business and it is your life but you don't have to actively manage but manage the managers you should always make sure after all that's how they make their money they make their money by managing your portfolio they make their money by managing your passive income plan so you should be on top of your managers the same as you would be on top of the managers in your business you want to make sure that they could do a good job managing and they deserve the payroll that you give them because they manage the same thing they should deserve the fees that they're charging because they do a good job managing and not just be passive like in public only be passive between you and you and nobody has to know that thank you for being with me on this 14 day passive income challenge i'm looking forward completing the entire 14 days with you stay tuned for the next day you
