[Music] here we started with a small group it was a very strong core and when you have a strong core to start with then you're able to build on it slowly we grew and now we're over 50 the boys are coming in finding a home and becoming true the younger group is they learn the they learn in the then we have the older group that we call as the group we're able to cater to each person's needs we're seeing that our the fruits are coming out and becoming I just walked into the Yesa just now as I walked in I was thinking to myself this noise sounds like mad the way gave us the Tora he gave us the in all that's what gives me the that's what gives me the life to be part of the beautiful Yesa the idea is that everyone should have a good foundation and understanding of the which is the starting from the then going to then going to and then to know how to apply it when gives a he wants people to be confident in answering shos to understand the Practical Shaws the application but not only just the answer is it m is it us but he wants to understand why and understand how it works is explaining to you very clearly you have to understand it for yourself this is for your own growth and it's going to take you to new levels I'm loving the Yeshiva it's just an amazing place my ability to understand and dissect the suya and lay it over to other people to practice it and give it over to other people has really grown immensely every boy when he comes in there's a certain feeling that they walk into Yesa with slowly gradually they grow into be a real real thisa makes a very strong emphasis on building our mid in our DS not just externally but internally boys from similar backgrounds you know for theiva boys the the getting married host for them the warmth is actually a big component to what makes the boy T here to grow here when I walked in seeing the seeing the approach me say hi such an important feeling to walk in and feel recognized all they always work together they like each other they talk and learning one each other it's not like a group that each one make his own and just they listen to Old once a week it's not that a good group is a very big attraction for the bukharian community besides the fact we're all like family we all feel comfortable around each other it gives us over a certain warmth and at the same time it has the Milo of the typical all in one package Ezra is the grandson of Rabbi the syan community he's also well renowned in the Lakewood best when he's he's a here in Lakewood everyone asks in their he'll give a on a topic that's going to catch the entire is because he wants everyone to feel that we're in this together I want to make sure everyone's on the same pace I want everyone to be able to be successful it's definitely well known and it's a big and opportunity for us to have him here not only to ask but to really hear he's but he feels that he's still one of the you see that between that they're they're learning they're they're still here both they have seeing their so far down the line and still being that and living that there's no better example than thata not only has the ability to understand each talmud's needs but at the same time has the care and the love and the Devotion to actually guide him through the challenges through the obstacles in guidance and learning he always comes in with a huge smile he gives over the atmosphere of being a warm and loving and caring Yeshiva is caring to no end he'll drop anything to do anything for anyone especially for the for the way above and beyond some of them are already starting to move on and to be giving over some of them hopefully will become re in m and others will become rabbis the syrians will be able to give over to the syrians and we have a group of barkarian to give over to their community and queens and we see that they're very qualified they'll be able to give over a lot to their own people sh the are growing the budget is growing tremendously it's growing from one's mind to the next we were starting with a budget of 20,000 then 30,000 now it's about 90,000 from the time that the was destroyed what does that mean the explains when the BET mikash was standing there was the bet but there was also the today only has he only has the if you want to find Hashem it's here if you want to invest your efforts where should you invested in the how do we [Music] get down and that's how but anyone who has a hand in this project hasem should bless you whatever you're involved in and I said bless you you should bring up all your children all those who come out of you should be true true and have beever [Music]
