Vote Adjmi-Dweck-Santoro for Allenhurst Commissioners

[Music] I've been living here for the past 32 years I chose to bring up my children here because of how quaint the town was I've lived here for over 50 years I was a lifeguard at the beach club I was one of the original people that started the Allen Hurst homeowners association we always knew Allen Hurst was a special place this is a family town when you go to the beach everybody says hello to everybody else we all know each other Teresa has lived here for a very long time her kids were raised here she has a love for this town too Freda has been in this town for more than 30 years on the historic uh preservation board on the planning board she knows everything about the town we're not all from one mold we all have a common goal I believe my 24 years of being on this planning board as an amazing experience I wanted to be a fresh set of eyes I feel that there was experience needed and a woman's touch we all have the same goals that we want and we want to keep alen Hurst friendly the way it always was we want to keep it safe for our children our grandchildren we truly represent the residents in our town the developers have an approval to build about 65 new apartment units about 20 or 25 New Town Homes plus about 20 affordable housing units that brings in a lot of families into town and could increase Town population by 400 or more we feel that over the past 18 years there have been many times when things could have been done making the town work better is something that uh that makes me happy and helps everybody I'd like to focus on bringing Allenhurst back to what it used to be I used to go to the pool and when I got out of the pool somebody would hand me a towel well that Shack is just a storage facility now no nobody gets towels anymore the lockers are in disarray we spent a lot of money on a boardwalk but we didn't put any money into our beach club when we get into office my first objective is to have transparency we need to show everybody what's going on at meetings we need to open the floor to public comments we need to open our website to make it accessible to people we want to simplify old ordinances bring them up to more modern times I've heard from a lot of people that they want pickle ball courts bathrooms at the par it's important to me to fund our Department of Public Works our fire department police we need training and we need equipment there are things in town that do need to be improved I want the street signs to be proper I want the street lights we only have a couple of street lights in town I want them to work right we need to make sure that the infrastructure of the town is upkept and run correctly because we don't want to be chasing our tail when it comes to the functioning of the Town that's very important to all of us please come out May 14th and vote for Freda o adme Teresa Santoro and myself Joe D for Board of Commissioners I am urging every one of my friends my neighbors to come out Tuesday May 14th and vote [Music]
