[Music] Hashem dwells only in tar the M brings the into the home and into the community it's the place the core the source of where Holiness begins family Purity is the secret ingredient to Shalom bu it tell us that the first thing that you have to build is the community is a mve and there's a question why it has to be first you can't build something if the foundations are not pure my wife and Jackie 's Al Shalom Jacqueline she used they used to drive women to Lakewood for every night to go to the mik there's no mikah so our dog said we must have a mik you cannot have a town without a mikah my father s l my uncle and a good friend of uh my father's and mine Mr Ike hit actually Rabbi d approached them and said that need we need a MCV and deal and they negotiated for this property on Norwood Avenue when Rabbi D approached Manny Haber with sunny lato and with II Isaac hit to build a MC they met with Chief Rabbi Jacob cassen and he goes build the MC and here's your first donation he gave him $1,000 many years ago my grandmother Sylvia Shalom she was one of the first women in this community to be meticulous with family Purity and my grandfather Grandpa Charlie s took a big chunk and said we're going to sponsor this mcah they saved the community they made a m like was a spa they made it they did unbelievable work I was a child I grew up in deal and I remember the building project of the MCV it was beautiful back then and that was 40 years ago in 40 Years of growth when the community has exploded look at the building of H Yeshiva from where it was then to where it is now and to think that this is how much the Mikvah have grown in this time is absurd as a young boy growing up in deal I watched theal grow not just in quantity but in quality I watched how there's more Tor there's more inspiration and deal it reached the point now when the last renovation which carried us for a long time because of the lack of ventilation tiles falling off you know and everything turning um Rusty and it's time for that fresh look the of m is is brought down says you sell so a person's recreated in that water as if and whoever's partners with that it's like we we are creating the future of the community we have the most beautiful homes we have the most beautiful cars and the most beautiful suits tells us is Amai that God is compared to a mik would you let God be in a state of disrepair would you let God in your life be something that was broken down when your house is beautiful and it's falling apart you you wouldn't there's absolutely no excuse for us not to make it as beautiful as possible so that uh all the women are comfortable going each Rabbi all approach me privately Eddie build it gorgeous spend all kinds of money it's the biggest mitvah you could do and that's what we're doing we're making this make very gorgeous uh Eddie Mahi Eli Cohen and all those that are going to stand behind this project this is a for the community and for the for the families that are involved everything is important in our community but to be a part of helping us to renovate and get this MCV back up and running quickly so that our woman can get back in there in a beautiful beautiful way is very important to me it should be very important to you we ask the entire Community to please uh support as much as you can financially to make sure that we can make the M the beautiful M that it needs to be for our every dollar you give to this wonderful organization brings tahara Purity to our lives and brings Kusa and Holiness to your children it's a tremendous privilege Hashem has blessed us with so much shefa that this is the easiest thing for us to do and to be a part of Eddie and mauricea car and others who have have stepped in to actually do most of the heavy lifting um deserve an enormous amount of credit they should be blessed uh and the family should be blessed for all the great work that they that they've done this is probably the most important project I've been tasked and have been involved with it is a project that that needs the support of the entire Community you know our rabbis tell us that whenever somebody does something for someone else you know it always comes back to them mid mid what would the reward be for bringing tahar and Purity to an entire Community for decades upon decades here is a tremendous Z that is hanging in the air waiting for the ones that grab it first I know it's something that I'm going to be supporting myself and I hope you will too [Music]
