[Music] a day in the life of a board member it's a lot of Sweat Equity that you have to put in every day our community expects more we want to give them more we demand the best so we must deliver the best over the past 10 to 12 years we've seen a sea change in the level of Education that our community children are getting from all of our community yes it's really on our Minds all the time how can we make education better for the next Generation running an institution any institution in our community is extremely difficult yet when you have amazing people behind it it makes that job much much easier we've seen every school step up their [Music] game tuition is unaffordable for the vast majority of our community people cry at night go to sleep I don't know how I'm going to pay this bill it doesn't only affect those who may not be able to pay tuition but affects everybody the amount that costs to educate a child continues to go up and that costs money people have no money for food let alone tuition generally I don't like to use the word crisis if I had to use the word crisis I would use it regarding tuition every single year every board and every school struggles with tuition increases we need to take down the pressure a little bit but at the same time we can't take away from the level of quality that we're delivering as things cost more money tuition has to increase to how do you keep the scale balanced it's a big pressure and we'd like to see that alleviate our children's lives are dependent on education we have to figure out solutions to help these people [Music] pay seur is a program that's going to benefit in partnership with everybody in the community it's been a process for over 3 and 1/2 years with many discussions with many lay leaders rabbis and families we met with all the schools one by one they all agreed that we have to give this a try because it just it made a lot of sense I have a great gratitude for people looking out in our community to help the Next Generation we are excited because we see with confidence that CA has the right formula I consider it a privilege and an honor to work with community members that are trying to come up with Solutions you got to admire and appreciate that passion to try to solve this crisis we've come up with something that's unique and that definitely shows proof of concept it's $100 per month per person equaling $1,200 a year the program itself will not start until we have at least 15,000 people signed up to the project once we get 15,000 signups we will immediately give you a credit for $2,500 per student when we get to 30,000 signups we will give you a $5,000 credit we able to get this program tax deductible that's something we are 100% confirmed there's no stopping this program from being successful because once you show that you're in you'll automatically see the dividends the only way that this program will succeed and beat our expectations is by everybody signing up we are stronger as a team than we are as an individual we believe the schools are operating at their best capacity their education will not be any way challenged by the ability for us to help them it's only going to enhance the ability to even better the education the tuition crisis won't be solved by just one approach CA is taking a unique approach to it and I urge everybody to sign up we must have something like ca to sort of start planting the seeds of something that has to grow people could say I don't have any kids in school but you know something for the good of the community and your grandchildren you must sign up we must do this as a unit together youa flush endorses it stands behind it hoping it becomes really successful as a way to mitigate for our parents some of the tuition burden that they're carrying it's going to change people's lives a special shout out to the Sea team you've proven to be committed and to stay committed for that we trust you we're ready to put our best foot forward and follow your lead as president of yde I want you to know that we stand behind this and we're very much a part of this and we hope that you will too this is something that we are eagerly uh looking forward to seeing started if you're going to invest in your children this is a great place to start you want to have people get married you want to have people stay married you want to have people living a better life sign up it's the best possible outcome for [Music] everybody
