host we have many hosts Robert Cason thank you so much for opening up the synagogue to Mrs Gray said who was so willingly and so benevolently helped us just slide over into the somehow International make that choice of the Torah life otherwise it becomes more complicated more difficult and more challenging and the only way to continue to get our people to make the choice of living a life of Torah is by producing more and more and more rabbis that understand our community that understand the people that have a clear understanding of halacha so they could direct the people people have very busy days they need to know yes no what do I do and we need to continue to produce rabbis at a very very and a very very strong wind has done by putting together that these rabbis are learning at the highest level under Rabbi Syria is guaranteeing and helping the future of our community [Music] Our Heroes and our life that's what we look up to they're the ones that give us the guidance sitting on the stage right now in front of me besides Rabbi Soraya who I just mentioned who is the beacon of light not only to these students but our community I have about audience I mentioned this recently when I spoke at a gathering by Rabbi diamond told me because I had studied where I would when I was younger he said you're studying with a walking safe Torah so the fact that about bud has taken his time to come here and give this Gathering the important needs shows how significant the Rabbi Arkin gives of his time of his effort to make sure that this is and to have [Music] here I don't know if his telephone numbers and he answers and he gives guidance and he gives clarity we have our heart here for the women Rebecca Dawn is going to speak to them and guide them and give them this dream soup support of Torah to the highest level Mr Harry at me a by our King first I want to say we are so proud of you and you're so proud of the work that you're doing not trust at Aura the shore to help grow our community and let us be able to have all the facets that are unnecessary for our families but the main point I counted the seven very very magnificent papers that are going to give you you send me a hand to go on and to teach this community but my main point and I'll be very brief time is late because I have so much that I would want to say but I just want to make one point when I was growing up as a young boy you get a little old and a little bit thank God as we do life [Music] and watched us from the early days of Brooklyn watched us and our chief Rabbi had come to America by casting and I watched how the community evolved and it took 75 80 years from the mother Center called China to have between Brooklyn and deal I would say without counting the 60. 60. synagogues Isaac Shalom helped to start one school today between Brooklyn and deal we have schools teaching our boys our girls and our families years ago it would be unheard of 50 years ago 60 years ago when we were four or five thousand people in the community today we have dozens of colony dozens of study institutions there's learning going on every nook and cranny in every institution in our community today and we waited for this day but we're not going to be able to do it without all we need you we need you to become leaders we need you to teach our children we need you to grow them up we need this community to continue to grow and grow and grow as these rabbis have watched from our infancy and that's the reason this is so important this is a monument this morning today to see the seven of you and I hope there's going to be 700 more after you we should never stop teaching and training and bringing you men like you that are sacrificing this is a sacrifice I've been blessed to be friends with many of the rabbis in our community it's a burden it's a yolk let's put it in your shoulder and a heavy one but you will you will endure you will prevail you will grow older wiser smarter you'll have your mentors your go-to rabbis both here and in Israel when you're in need and you have the questions and they will be complicated and you'll give those answers as the rabbi said in the proper way in the proper time to the people that are needing it religion now is serving company today has exploded and we are growing and we need more rabbis like you so I say to all of you God bless you thank you and give you my humble thank you and tell you that you all individually have my support you have the support of all the laymen Community to help you get to where it is that you all each individual want to get and you will go far I promise you won't you will go very far I look forward to seeing you in our schools I look forward to singing our synagogues I look forward to sing and I'll call the demon our teaching institutions both here in Jersey and in Brooklyn we need need you the community is growing we are getting bigger and bigger and bigger and without you we are not going to be able to continue boy the the Abrahim and the Khalil weekly with all the complex questions that are coming into the greatest halak headquarters in Israel in America and we discuss it and I can say they should that the rabbi isn't who is impressed with us the the rabbi is very impressed he this is a back and forth and we don't just we don't let him get away easy you know that's America yeah give him a hard time you know and the rapper is very impressed with us this food they should have my casting that behind us he gives us the energy the encouragement to to be able to just do and continue doing and he has the understanding not only is he always there for us he has understanding of what we're doing and he's backing us and he's back all the great Endeavors in the community and we're by Arkham who's there thinning thick he's hitting the payment he's doing whatever has to be done in order to be able to make this thing possible I would before I finish giving out the the award I would like to just share one an idea that's brewing in the walls of our collel like Harry said you know the community is busted you know we have Schools elementary high school we have product programs in the morning and we have at night you know from what I've heard my friends are coming to this shoe every morning and this place is on time that's true every shoe whatever you turn and wherever you turn this Torah busting in every Nick and cranny there's colourine it's already the in sync to go to Colin you don't even have to you don't even have to convince anybody it's like you saw that you get married and you're starting but there's one vote there's one place that we didn't yet touch yet that I feel that now is the opportunity to be able to share this idea with everyone sitting in the room and that is I'm sitting with this as a king day in and day out and I know what it is for them for their wife the commitment there's no Sunday Sunday afternoon they're sitting your mama Lila in the golden learning they have to juggle the kids the families are growing we're coming to the brises the five six seven eight large families it's not easy and I see the commitment now we're looking at some rabbis over here that are not rookies looking at some rabbis that are not doing it for one year two years three years four years we're talking about 10 12 13 15 years I just understand something it may be the same thing to start out and spend a few years in Colette but to be able to have the endurance to be able to continue year after year to go and transform these rabbis from outstanding students to become Masters in Alaska is a whole different level and therefore this idea needs to be addressed that we have to create an entity that's going to give these rabbis the ability not only these rabbis all the rabbits in the community the outstanding rabbis that are in Poland and studying and mastering subjects as the subject year of the year the ability and the energy the emotional energy to Aspire to something higher something that's going to help them Forge ahead and be able to actually reach and become those methods because they become a mess is not a product of one two three four five it's a product of 20 years it's a product of day in day out getting tested you know it's I don't know I don't know what I'm able to think but that's what we have to create and really if the discussion with the rabbi and other rabbits of community senior rabbits of community grateful scheme and some of the outstanding laymen of the community we came to this realization that we need to create some type of battle to unite all the rabbis not only over here all the outstanding rabbis in the Colerain deal in the Cole album in Brooklyn all the rabbis that need that extra incentive to be able to work to something higher after they already achieved so much what's going to help them be able to forge ahead after 30 to reach 40 years 40 years old 45 and then be able to help them shine their light to throughout the whole community and we came to the realization this is something that's done all over in Israel and we're ready the pieces of the puzzle are already in places and who is an expert at at running a bit and uniting all the rabbis to be able to take the full line an hour to a week and be able to shine their light because what's making that Rabbi that's sitting in the corner that no one knows about shine what's making him what's giving him that energy to be able to wanna learn to be to want to learn to want to learn every subject and be able to reach that Masters he has to have the platform he has to have the ability within some type of platform in our community where people are calling in and this guiding and then she moves that the rabbi said we have so much in place today where the Khalil is sitting in the headquarters of Alaska in the harbor of the United States and we have we our hands reached the deal that Brooklyn there's questions already coming into rabbi's phone Non-Stop and the team of rabbis are tackling the China they're tackling these questions to get together with that's the phone launch and we're and we're in touch with her if you don't membership but we don't want to just be that need that incense to be able to grow into some type of special program that's what we want to create and that's what we want to do and therefore over here at this point I want to just elaborate this idea it's such an important idea it's investing in the leash on the elite and Elite it's investing in the rabbis who already reached the top and helping them become true true Masters and because we started implementing this idea and we have the phone on running and we're gonna organized and advertise it and promote it and open the doors that want to join and together with the under the horse species of Abigail and other rabbis of our community and spoken families who's very very very very encouraging about this family is that already are on the floor and dealing with the questions we have to then take it and like the rabbi said open the doors to the young Rabbi and give them the platform to be able to actually shine forth from their corner from wherever they
