I came in 1980 1980 July I moved over here I started praying in Park Avenue so right away in 1980 81 I started doing classes and those days the whole Collier play with us because we lived in Long Beach there's no other school we started growing more and more we have early Milan late minion more classes more classes and that's how it started and Baruch Hashem over the years the place has grown we started seeing that we needed to expand this shoe is the center of the Jersey Shore who came to speak he said everybody no matter where you where you live no matter where you are on the Jersey Shore you always have something to do with this show because this is you know you need a minion in a place to go you need something the school provides able farmer their attitude and their smile that started the show has lasted till not till now I'm so happy when new people come I go over to them shake their hands a lot of people enjoy that and they love it they want to be welcomed my father likes to say that every institution is a reflection of the man at its Helm and Rabbi shweka is a spectacular spectacular human being the idea is to allow everybody and anybody to have a chance to learn Torah to having the same thing with the mini and him to be able to have many name for them whenever they come it's always be able to accommodate everybody I've had great committees all the way through but a few years ago really a star took the helm in Ike Libya he himself is a tremendous accomplisher a lot of people like to talk about doing things and some people just do things and Nike is one that did something we're open all year we're not just a summer jewel in the summer we accommodate we have classes every 15 minutes to accommodate everybody in the community the classes are morning noon and night anytime you walk into the show cool you could join a class five in the morning until ten at night 11 at night the building is really used it's going to continue into the future a lot of new Young rabbis and everybody wants to learn and they have classes around the clock the bed midrash which is one of the things that desperately need an expansion is busting you can't even find a seat there a night program which is a full the room is full every night during the winter not through them at the summer they have also expanded to a morning program and the morning program is from 6 30 to 7 30 but we also have even other times Well anybody who needs a place to go a place to learn somebody wants a habruta they come we will provide them thinking about the youth as well they need room to pray this is our future so we already renovated the lower level gorgeous magnificent I urge everyone to come see it this houses our youth we have programs down there we actually have their own sudashi sheet on Shabbat we're learning programs for them to write performance classes for them yeah and starts from kids that are already entering high school and then beyond the idea of the minion is to be an enjoyable place to be furthermore there are biblical stuff we have is amazing but we need more this year we added rabiac of the zrahi to our staff who's roh Hashem amazing room is full next year we'll be adding an additional Rabbi shulls have become really the central way that we live we pray there we learn there and we have all of our there imagine if we have a Social Hall it's big enough for a good wedding the new midrash will be the place with the whole pie is so you have the hopa room the social right next to each other and we want to make it separate from the regular shoes so people come to school to pray they have their own activities they have their classes and their meaning and this for us taking place we're doubling the size of that to accommodate the community they really want to expand it and give a great opportunity to have beautiful weddings over there I think it'll add a lot more interest in the show certainly there's a lot of excitement moving forward I feel like so much untapped potential there's so much more that we could do we need room we need the space and that's why we're going for the approvals so we can grow we're going to enhance our social whole we're going to enhance the new midrash that doubles in size bro Hashem in every should be building a second floor a second floor has additional minions classrooms motora more study that's what Park Avenue is about a show like this center of the community with all the great rabbis and everything that they're already doing the community I think is understanding enough that it's no longer just about giving to either the school that you go to or the shoe that you use we're a community of supporting each other and supporting the needs to the rabbi who's led the community to felt beautifully
