as soon as I got into mishkanthora I realized what life meant it really felt like family you walk in you feel like a million dollars everyone's shaking your hands smiling the camaraderie and the love that everyone has for each other is something that I've never seen before in my life no description of this jewel is going to do its Justice it's a feeling of achtut of Brotherhood and of unity and a family and love for sure where you're able to go up to your Rabbi and make you feel like your best friend not just one not just two but all them over here is something very special out of my wildest dreams did I ever think that we would build such a kaha with so many people learning every morning every night is something that changed my life I live and breathe mishkanthara I can't get enough of the shul and the Torah and the rabbi and the boys and the family he can't explain such a movement what's unique about is famously the camaraderie that all the boys have together the way that each guy cares about the next the way that the room is filled with love then it's filled with friendship I've never seen such a close-knit happy group whoever you are whatever your background is whatever your religious level is here for you they just want you to grow each and every kid in this community and young adult have this fire burning inside of them that they want to grow they want a place to learn and I feel like Miss kantura is that place it's not just the show it gave me a meaning it changed my life it gave me perspective it made me feel like I have a family and I have somewhere to go the most beautiful place in the world and I don't think there's any place like it so mishkan is in the city it's in Brooklyn it's in Gil it's in Aruba it's in Florida wherever you are in Chicago I think I am one of many that are living proof that this shoe is miraculous and it's real whether you want to learn one minute [Music] for you [Music] I think mishkanthara is for sure the only place that we could all wake up 6 30 early hours in the morning and we're actually excited to come to school we're excited to see our friends the energy the yelling the screaming at 6 30 in the morning people are learning it's it's just a crazy feeling that's Indescribable you know I wake up in the morning I'm happy I'm excited to come to school I'm excited to come to learn after about a year of learning consistently with the rabbi with the boys I started to feel different I started to feel a sense of purpose Michigan made it not only possible but so pleasurable to be able to be the person who we want to be everything I want bring to the table for our boys inside and outside of our building there's no doubt the secret recipe is where we are today coming here as a husband as a father I'm really really really growing [Music] learning gamala really changed my life it's building your life and never in a million years would have dreamed that I'd be where I am now I know I wake up the next morning and I have Torah Torah is the foundation of my day has become the foundation of my life and now my family's lives you just forget about everything else outside and you just are deep into the Torah and it's beautiful the show gave me a life he gave me a new lease on life once I started learning for that my whole life changed I was more kind more happy and I started to feel like I had a purpose missing school is not an option anymore it's more of like missing a part of life it's a different lifestyle it was like paradise I was like wow this this could be sure I really don't know where I would be without this family it made me see who I really am and how much I'm capable of doing learning Torah not only does it you know make you sharper and smarter it really helps you make day-to-day decisions I feel like it made me a better man you have nowhere to pray and learn or you don't enjoy learning as much as you should come to Michigan because I promise you it will change your life [Music] as you know the shul has been growing tremendously the shul has been filled every single Shabbat during the week classes more and more people are joining us every single day and thank God we finally found the place that we can expand our new home on Ocean Parkway and Avenue R is going to be a beautiful beautiful Markham Twitter it's going to be a place that people feel comfortable in a place where anyone can walk in learn and grow with that ruach of camaraderie foreign [Music] hope and prayer that our son grants us the success and the ability to continue to expand to serve the needs of this great community [Music]
