[Music] Yan Maya Shalom was a very close friend of mine he allowed me into his world of H he took care of the needs funeral arrangements and things like that then he decided Well you know after the person dies why not set up the family with the sh accommodations so he got chairs and he got s and water coolers and he would get a truck and bring it himself in the beginning he drove the truck delivered it and set it up and now that's an automatic there's a sh house just asking other go to in order to set up the house but someone passes there's no preparation it just happens and then now what how do we set up the house where do we put the chairs what kind of city do we need do we need where do we put car boxes with what do we do and that's where Miss oim has been incredible my family just went through it it's just Callas the whole house is set up exactly according to the SP demon hag and our community's books and our community studium and our community it's incredible what they've done the people make the one phone call to the main office which is in Brooklyn they dispatch Us by WhatsApp on our phone in Brooklyn they come from Barrow Park as well they set up the house seamlessly they bring it in they open it up they unfold the chairs they put the seim out they put the teim books out a week later we get dispatched again that the family's ready to have everything picked up and we'll go that day and we'll pick everything up people think it just helps people with chairs during a Shiva period theas is much more than the chairs and the food and the books that the that shiv operate I was approached by the new CEO of misaskim to bridge the the connection between misaskim and the satic community uh they brought me on to to bring awareness within setic community that we're not only organization where delivers chairs but there's actually majority of other stuff that we do is helping Alman helping uh in the time of need this a of developing out this aaric division the better serve the needs is now running at full force we need to get a new van and we're looking forward to partnering together to get this up and running to my friends at misaskim we want to thank you we want to support you we want to give you all the hakarat for everything that you're doing for our community Yan Maya was one of the greatest men I ever knew in my lifetime this was a man who was on call 247 literally for cloud Israel he always thought of the next step and thought ahead of the game and as we were going on we have to add this to the list we have to add this to the list we have to add this to the list and then he said a Jew is a Jew it doesn't make a difference what community you're coming from when yanim Maya left this world I was terribly pained and frustrated and what could we do you know what we could do we could keep his legacy going by supporting Miss askim it's the truest of kindness and they're reputable and they have a good reputation and and definitely worth about especially this time of year before the high holidays [Music]
