MDY HS - Art Exhibit Recap

[Music] [Applause] [Music] Hi, I'm John Cabasso. I'm the art teacher at Magen High School. Tonight we had a night of the arts to display most magnificent artwork that all my students created. We try to create a reproduction of the famous artists. They have thousands to choose from and I'm always just amazed from how the girls choose and have the creativity and individuality to really be the most artistic creative version of themselves. It's something that they'll have and be proud of and it's a beautiful night. I've been a Mac and David for two years. The first year I started interior design and now I've brought on architecture. I'll help them build a portfolio so they can get into an art college. Students are so talented in the school. It's absolutely amazing. Hi, I'm Annette Misrai and I'm an interior designer and I'm super impressed with how the kids presented all their artwork tonight. They're really, really talented and I could see they're taking it to the next level over here. I really feel like these kids are on their way. They're so prepared for their first year of college. Hey, I'm Dr. Hecinberg. I run the scholars seminar and our theme this year is Brooklyn. So, we took a tour of the city, different neighborhoods, uh, looking at the most unique, interesting homes. The project was to pick one of the houses and to either do a real estate project or to do an interior design project. And they come up with this incredible stuff that I never would have dreamed was even possible. It's really amazing. It's a great thing to do. I sometimes think I have the best job in the world. My name is Sarah Pukai. I made a 3D model of an art gallery and a twopoint perspective of a federal. I just love the different things I learn from like different styles of art. Next year, I hope to go to FIT and pursue my love for interior design.
